I ordered an item in February of 2026. It was backordered and supposed to ship in April, and then I received communication that it was still on backorder and won’t ship until May. Now, as of May 29, 2026, the item won’t ship until the end of June. I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Ordered a toblerone charm on 21st May and arrived in Scotland on 28th (which I think is a good turnaround time). The packaging was lovely and the charm is perfect, even better than I could’ve hope for. Will def order again, I’m a very happy customer.

I wanted a gold flip flop, to go on an already purchased chain, as a wedding gift for my husband to be. I found exactly what I wanted at Jetset Candy and ordered it, in the mistaken belief that it would arrive in time for the wedding. When I found out the actual anticipated arrival date I was horrified, and contacted customer service, who politely explained my misunderstanding of their delivery terns. I was still unhappy, but when I told Katie what it was for she seemed so upset on my behalf, and even though she could not expedite delivery in time for the wedding she offered me a gold charm of my choice as consolation, which I accepted. From then on she kept in touch with me regularly, even throughout my honeymoon. At one point I thought she was confused about my choice of charm when she asked for another choice so I was thrilled to receive a gold Eiffel Tower AND a gold luggage tag detailing Venice Italy and Marco Polo, exactly as I chose. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I cannot praise this customer service highly enough.

Ordered during the Black Friday sale so expected there to be a slight delay, and long delivery as it was being shipped to the UK. The order was shipped after 15 working days (the website stated 10 working days during busy times plus 4 additional days for customised items) so I was happy with that, and then they arrived in 3 days to the UK! I was amazed with the shipping! Thank you so much Katie for making sure it arrived for Christmas. The charms are amazing quality and so sweet. I can’t wait to order more!

Ordered a simple charm. After I ordered they told me that it would 12 weeks to get charm. Later they changed their checkout page to say it could be up to 12 weeks to get a custom order. My charm was not. Beee very careful when doing business with this company.

Love everything about this brand. Some of my favorite, timeless pieces are from them. I love that you can change up the design too, like sometimes I'll clip my infinity links to my paperclip necklace to make it longer and change up the charms, it becomes a whole new vibe. I've even had to return something once, and they made it easy for me to bring it to their store since I'm local, even though I bought it online. I look forward to gifting more JSC to both myself and others!

Okay, I wasn’t planning on falling in love with a jewelry brand, but here we are!!

I have so many of their charms and the convertible choker! OBSESSED. Everything they have to offer is super cute, surprisingly detailed, and has a little story to tell. Jet Set Candy found a way of turning jewelry into tiny, wearable moments which is so so special. Oh, and then unboxing? A full-on event. 🎁 You can tell they put in a lot of time in curating the best experience.

Their team is basically your jewelry concierge. I had a question about sizing and got a friendly, fast, and actually helpful response (shocking, I know). You can tell they love what they do and actually want you to feel happy and taken care of—which I totally did.

I am so happy with my beautiful charm bracelet I received for my 60th birthday gift! It is so cool how it “tells a story” with the celebration trip to Aruba. Charms included “60”, Palm tree, Margarita glass, oyster shell that opens with pearl inside, airplane, passport to Aruba, it is very high quality & well made. Everytime I look at it I’m reminded of a fantastic trip with great friends . Thanks JetSet Candy for making such an awesome charm bracelet! One of a Kind! ❤️

I visited the Grand Central store before Christmas to get something for my wife. I bought the Irish 4 leaf clover charm on a chain, all solid gold. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Great quality and she loves that she never has to take it off. We later went back and bought another gift for my mom, we got her the gold map charm and little NYC key to represent our connection across the world. She also loved it and now wants initial charms to add, so our next purchases will be the mini nautical charms in solid gold. Thank you Jet Set Candy for making gift giving simple!

I ordered a few things from Jet Set Candy last April - some charms for my daughter's charm bracelet and matching charm necklaces with Paris tags for an upcoming trip with my sisters.

The packaging was stunning! They provided me with a variety of colored boxes each with a branded velvet pouch. Even though I was only keeping one item from the package for myself it felt like a gift!

The charms were beautifully made, with small details and engraving for the locations (luggage tag charms.) I gave my daughter the clamshell charm and F1 race car as those are personal things to her. The details were exquisite with actual rolling wheels on the car and a pearl inside the shell!

Last minute I decided to add one more charm to the order and the customer service was fast and helpful! My package came quickly and I feel incredibly prepared for upcoming birthdays. :)

This was the best thing I have EVER ordered online - it exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. I bought my daughters necklaces to commemorate our first adult trip together. the boarding pass charm was PERFECTLY engraved, front and back. The PACKAGING! often, when you purchase a gift online, the message is typed on the packing slip, the bag is thrown in along side the gift - not JET SET CANDY! I will not spoil the fun for others, but trust me, they paid attention to EVERY detail of the gift opening experience. My daughters loved the custom gift that will always remind them of our best time together.

Placed an order, almost $1K, over two weeks ago for a gift. Items showed as shipping late December. Nothing has shipped and customer service's only response was "your items are backordered". Asked for an ETA; no response.

The charms I ordered were cute. The “pearl” necklace looks very cheap. The pearls are not knotted, but rather jammed together so that it doesn’t lie flat. And the paper clip necklace is very very lightweight.

Shipping was slow, very slow. I received an email that part of my order was on back order but it didn’t indicate which part. I also had an item on my invoice that I had not ordered.

Information about the charms does not indicate that they must be taken to a jeweler to be installed on the necklace(s). You will not be able to wear your items immediately and will incur an additional charge to have a jeweler solder the charms onto the necklaces or bracelets.

Response times to questions varied from a day to several days.

Given that 3 out of 5 is average, this is average. The charms themselves are wonderful. Fun, collectible-for every location you can imagine. So for that, the rating is a 5. Customer Service is about a 3.5. Sometimes they are very responsive; other times I haven't heard back from them in days. Shipping recently has been extremely slow. I placed one order 11 days ago and it still has not been shipped, even though all items are in stock. Customer Service has been very apologetic about that, but I am still waiting ..... I realize that this is a small business, but somehow I think they could do better.

Love all of the products. They're great quality and so cute.

However, they don't have very good customer service response times. It takes forever to get some products and they don't get back to you very quickly. I've been waiting months for an order and they won't respond to my emails or calls.

I have had many occasions for which I chose to order charms/bracelets/luggage tags from JetSetCandy. I have been nothing but totally pleased with the response. They seem to have something for everyone and every occasion. I am always in awe of how up-to-date they are - e.g. when Covid hit, they came out with a charm of the hand sanitizer bottle and some wonderful "pill" containers and stickers. Every holiday brings a new and extremely clever charm. Their line of luggage tags is so fun to collect - I give them as gifts to my children and grandchildren to commemorate countries they've visited. They become a wonderful remembrance of trips taken.
In addition to me giving out gifts of JetSetCandy charms, my children (all 6) are represented by a charm of something special to each one - which have either been gifts to me or gifts I buy myself. I hang them all on one of their beautiful necklaces - thus wearing my "family" around my neck!
I know of a friend who wanted to give a gift to each of her bridesmaids - JetSetCandy helped her choose which charms and bracelet to present to each of them - and they arrived overseas in time for the wedding! The packaging for each item, whether bought in store or shipped, is absolutely beautiful. I have saved every box I ever got.
I have a couple of graduations coming up and can't wait to pick and choose what each grad will receive to remember the momentous occasion.

I am actually jealous of the other person who wrote the review that the product was shipped 5 days later and called it slow. I placed and order on January 28, 2022 and it is now March 10th and I haven't received anything. What's worse is I fell in love with so many charms the I went back and made 2 more orders. Again... nothing. I logged in tonight and the status shows unfulfilled. ??? I am so disappointed. I was really excited about seeing those charms.

Even though I had admired the travel themed jewelry (luggage tag charms, pendants in sterling silver, vermeil and 14kt gold) for sometime this was my first time to order. I thought the actual shipping was kind of slow. I believe it took 5 days from the time I placed my order until the order was picked up by USPS. Jetsetcandy.com provided excellent communications and tracking. Okay now for the really exciting part, my order of a necklace with mini bag tag charm with tiny plane and a regular sized bag tag charm which will go on my travel themed charm bracelet came exquisitely packaged. The necklace and charm were packed separately in high quality micro-suede mini pouches. Travel themed stickers were enclosed in the mailing pouch and all were tastefully wrapped in map imprinted tissue paper. The mint green gold imprinted gift box tied it all together. As an adult rarely is there a purchase that I make for myself that elicits such excitement, jetsetcandy.com hit the mark. I am extremely pleased and will be shopping with them again. This is the perfect gift for the traveler (armchair or otherwise) in your life. Note: the mini bag tag charm is really tiny, I would suggest sticking with the regular sized charm.
