Communication was easy when I called for information and find out about the process. My parents have used them before and needed Synthroid because can't tolerate Levothyroxine.

The product has always been received in a timely manner. Once when I asked for several months of medicine simultaneously, they called to say that some of the meds would have to be after their expiration date and suggested I wait for a fresh batch. I did. Impressive
