I bought this 4 years ago and I admit was pretty underwhelmed by it. However I totally forgot I had access to the lifetime updates and recently logged on and see there are alot of new and improved slides, I've been using alot of the infographics in my presentations. Pretty good value considering you get new templates

I have had to create many presentations in my career. I thought that I found a good solution to make it easier. The initial download came with a package of nice graphics and presentations that I can modify, but there was no consistant theme. The images and graphs are still very helpful. But, the real downfall was in the continued new doawloads I still receive. The "free" new presentations look like something out of the early 90'. Very poor designs and images. The only good images and designs are in the initial download. But, you will still spend a lot of time modifying everything. I have now shifted to AI for help. I now question if Infograpia generated their original presentations from AI and the rest are just free crap from the internet....

I bought a sale package for $49 for the slides on 30th Nov. I got a confirmation message saying 'a link will be sent my email to download the slides.'Nothing.
I registered, and when I log on, I get a message that says 'you haven't bought a package'.
have been so frustrated.
The money has been deducted from my bank account.

Although the graphics are amazing and make the presentation look well prepared, the variety of slides is not much. They all look similar in style for different uses.

I accidentally purchased the team bundle instead of the individual bundle. So I asked if I could swap to the individual and have the difference refunded.
They simply said I could share with four people instead.
Awful customer service. It wouldn’t take a second for them to refund the difference. I have no team so have no other people to share the slides with anyway!

If I knew their customer service was this bad I would never have considers them in the first place! I suggest you shop elsewhere as it’s a very disappointing experience.

Product was not as advertised on their webpage.

The feature i was looking for was not working in Google Sheet, although it says on their webpage that it should.

I have been in contact with their support to try and resolve this, but they have stopped responding.

Refuse to reply on all emails and absolutely no idea when I will get my money or content

The website was a little confusing when I first logged on with my digital purchase. I had downloaded the slide deck, but the charts option said "purchase". So I purchased the charts, but then soon realized it was the same package. Great value for content, but the purchased the exact same product twice - within 5 minutes.

I simply asked their customer service to reverse the second charge - no problem I thought, right? Wrong. Here is their response.

"Unfortunately we do not do refunds for duplicate purchases due to the fact that we sell licenses which we are also charged for."

Utter and complete nonsense. I would be very careful with this company - this is NOT good customer service, but instead adhering to their own policies to essentially squeeze as much money from someone as possible. Why would this company work against a paying customer that wants their product. Literally create so much bad karma so they can keep an extra $50?

They sent me an automatic email after purchase and said "Happy customers is our top priority!" Be very careful of this company's customer service promises.

Exact same product. Exact same account. Exact same credit card. Purchased within 5 min. Their response. "... We cannot offer refunds or exchanges."

Again - be very cautious with purchases from this firm.

They provide all the infographic templates these days anyway.

Never fall for this stuff or give these people your money. They will revoke your access to the product but will never by any means give you back your money, they just keep your money and then revoke your access to the product because they wrote it into their terms and conditions that they have the right to be petty.

First off, you can get plenty of excellent infographics for free, especially if you do any sort of trial memberships.

Secondly, You can’t use this stuff if you are trying to work on your phone

Third, their customer service is absolute garbage.

Fourth, if you do request a refund they will keep your money and revoke your access to the product.

They sold me a product I couldn’t use, I was unable to even access my account, it took customer service 3 days to get back to me, so, it would have been useless either way.

I tried to get my money back, but they threw a big fuss about how I already got the product despite never having been able to even access my account, forget the fact that I couldn’t even download the product to my phone.

A year later, now I have a laptop and a project and I’m seeing their overly advertised scam all over the place so, I think maybe I finally use this useless farce I wasted my money on last year, but nope, they proudly and quite snottily proclaimed that if I tried to get my money back they could revoke my access to the product, it’s in their terms and conditions.

These people are the absolute worst, their product is below substandard, they have zero concerns about their customer or customer service and literally stole my $20 just because they could. I am not the sort of person who easily affords $20.

Exceptional. Purchased this yesterday and the quality of slides is excellent. Also, I have raised two questions which were responded to within 24 hours, excellent customer services too!

I purchased one package and registered as user as well. Now i cannot log in to their web and the system showed my email was not in their system. What the reason? I dont even use much of their services. Just wasted some money.

Three years as a user now. I have to say it is worth the investment.

I have never seen a company so committed to continuously pumping out such quality material. I am beyond impressed with their product as well as their ethic.

It speaks volumes that within a few hours of this post to Trustpilot, you have responded. But my email enquiries requesting a refund have been given firstly, a bureaucratic stonewalling, and secondly, no response at all. My last message requesting the contact details of your CEO has yet to draw a response. So your actions validate my point 3 above.

I had hoped for a reasonable outcome, but Infocrapica’s position seems to be that ‘if we just keep quiet, this will all go away.’ Maybe this means you don’t want to build up a recurrent customer base, built on a good reputation, and maybe this is a reflection on the reality of Inforcrapica’s offering (ie it’s a classic quick ‘pump n’ dump gig).

Unlike you, I am not going away. I look forward to hearing from your CEO, whoever he or she may be (your corporate basis is opaque)

\Unfortunately, I was lured by the website, which looks very flash, and I thought would lighten my load in creating business presentations. Biggo mistako for 3 reasons.

First, Infograpia is a massive file of largely 3rd-rate slides, probably generated by an army of under-paid digi-serfs in some remote troll factory, as few slides serve any practical purpose. A main flaw is that the graphics are not malleable. Unless you want to swallow whole what is provided, you will want to resize, or adjust, which is quite normal when you are creating slides. With this digital junk pile, you basically have to start again and reassemble all the component parts. Don’t expect anything workable like the SmartArt function on ppt, ie, if you want to add another line item, you basically have to resize the entire graphic. So it confers no advantage from just doing it yourself, and actually, few of the graphics are really much better than what anyone with basic proficiency can do.

Second, while the look is stylistically samey (an issue in itself), slides don’t hang together in a cohesive way. When you start pulling together slides from different decks, you get no real visual flow to your presentation, and the end result just does not look slick/polished (which is meant to be the purpose of the package). Much better getting a full template of a real cohesive design, that is well considered.

Third, the site is run by rogues, who are neither accountable nor responsive. If you leave the site, and then revisit, somehow it will list another license fee in the shopping cart, something I have never seen on any other e-commerce site. I was in a hurry and just clicked to pay, and found that I had mistakenly purchased three licenses! I then sent numerous messages to Infograpia, requesting a refund for two licenses, and after six days was told (by someone called Jason) that they do not issue refunds. Further enquiries have been met by a non-response, which is incredibly unprofessional, and in my view, proof that this is a con designed to elicit chunky one-off payments.

So while the one-off payment appears to have advantages over a subscription, as per other offerings, proceed with this at your own peril. I was duped: don’t you be either, and I would advise anyone to pay no attention to the high volume of 5-star reviews that are skewing the stats for this sub-par offering. Avoid!

There are many options, so I can take the proper infographics when I make presentations.

by software mistake I booked 2 licenses, even though I use it privately and have no other workplaces to share. I asked to redeem the unnecessary license, which they declined. When I tried to download an item, i was asked to pay another 97$. since 3 days i can't download anything. obviously the software mistake made me pay, but did not fullfill the license in a way it would work. So money gone, no refund, no downloads, and nobody responsible...

Your templates are very usefull. You can make them more informative for startups by including examples
