Presentations were further much better once. Now they are almost the same. Same basic slides. It's a shame.

ppt slides and templates are of poor quality - i regret the purchase

Good curates powerpoint templates. A lot of updates.

I didn’t purchase recently but did it nearly two years ago. The slides that I got during the time and the slides that I receive now are actually worlds a part. The earlier ones were more professional and had more substance in them but the ones I get now are a disappointment.

Although I love the slides, I am unable to determine how/when/where to obtain updates. I get emails that say updates are available, but the links always take me to web pages that want me to purchase something. I don't understand?

Unfortunately I can't get a response back from the support team. After paying for an upgrade, the changes are not reflected in my account and I can't get the activation code or a response from the customer service team.

I purchased a package for my presentations at work. The slides are not compatible with any standard application. Once I add them to ppt the graphics disappear when reopening the slides. I contacted Infograpia about the issue. Useless long email chains without offering a solution. Refund is not an option. Scam. I ended up saving each slide into pdf format to be able to give my presentation. Money lost. Shame on you

I had lost my Infograpia set on my laptop due to a crash. I emailed them showing my purchase, and without fail they provided me the link to download the set. I got my set now on the new laptop. Thank you Infograpia.

Researched many sites to find professional content which can apply to different business materials. This is one of the best I found. Suggest updating templates for AI, automation etc. with updated content. I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Somehow I ended up buying multiple licenses of the same thing. They would not refund my money. It is a complete scam. Never trust these guys

Although I have a subscription, each time I log in a nd try to download a template such as "income & expense tracker" the site asks for payment.

Hadn't used the site for several years and was unable to download new PPT templates.

Asked for support and received feedback a few moments later.

The instructions provided worked like a charm and I now have some of the latest templates for my project.

Great templates and friendly customer service

They say that you can get the measure of a organisation by the way it responds to complaints. So, take care when purchasing as I believe that this company is money grabbing and inflexible! When you click on UNLOCK FULL ACCESS, which you would expect to open a tab which explain what full access is. It doesn’t explain anything annd just adds an item to your trolley. Which is fine, BUT, if you don’t check out and revisit the page it adds another pack to your trolley. I have ADHD and got distracted a couple of times and ended up buying three single licences, which cost me more than the five licences deal! Now, I hear you say, well you ordered them. Which I fully accept was an error on my part, however the attitude of Jason at Infograpia was patronising and unhelpful. The company refuse to refund the difference, which is a shame as I was really looking forward to using the slides. I have raised a query with my credit card company, which may not go anywhere but this company needs to look at the relationship it has with its customers instead of employing sharp practice. Poor show Infograpia.

Great tool! Pretty useful and resourceful; it saves lots of time trying to come up with a design idea. Now, our team is able to focus more on the content instead.

This company and refund policy is a joke. Buyer beware there are no refunds. There was some kind of system glitch and they charged me for two licenses. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Go spend your money on Canva!!

Os templates disponibilizados são extremamente simples e de baixa qualidade! Existem diversos sites que ja disponibilizam de forma gratuita templates melhores/ similares. Valeria se custasse 5 dólares!

Além disso, no momento que fui fazer a compra, tive que dar refresh duas vezes pois não estavam aceitando um cartão meu. Quando troquei de cartão e foi aceito, foram comprados 3 pacotes no meu nome e meu email. Obviamente não tenho nenhum uso para 3 pastas idênticas com os mesmos templates. Fui pedir ajuda para o Customer support, e falaram para eu compartilhar com outras pessoas, pois não iam realizar o refund! Sempre bom lidar com um serviço que tem o interesse do cliente como prioridade!
