Had issue when purchasing software
Had issue when purchasing software. Ultimate spreadsheet. Advised to cheque out FAQ which had no solution, also told that this issue would be escalated and have response in two days - still awaiting answer!
Very poor customer service and bad product delivered.

Useless for Google Slides. The slides are not editable if imported into Google Slides presentations.

The majority of our slides are fully editable in Google Slides, and many of our customers use them successfully on that platform. If you're experiencing issues, it’s possible you were working with a small number of native PowerPoint charts, which unfortunately aren’t editable in Google Slides due to software limitations. This is outside of our control and affects less than 1% of our content.
We also include this information in the product description and our Terms and Conditions to ensure transparency before purchase.

MacBook Users, Beware!
The slides are visually great and easy to download, but using them on a MacBook causes severe slowdowns. Every time I insert a slide into PowerPoint, my computer becomes extremely sluggish, making the templates almost unusable.
I've contacted Infograpia support five times, received only two responses, and still no solution. If you're a Mac user, think twice before purchasing—this issue remains unresolved.

We truly appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. Our team has thoroughly investigated the issue, and we found that the slowdown is caused by a third-party add-on running in PowerPoint on your Mac. Disabling the add-on should resolve the problem.
Our templates are designed and tested on both Mac and Windows, and we have thousands of Mac users who use them without any issues. That said, we understand how frustrating this must have been, and we regret any inconvenience.
