Not impressed to be honest , it was over two weeks for my order to be delivered and when it did there was no notice….
The sleepers are not all the same size as proclaimed, can be 10cm longer or shorter.

No email to say product ready for collection
Online ordering was ok, I thought with the product being in stock I would be able to pick it up quickly. I was told to wait on an email before going to the store but it never came. I phoned a few days later to be told it was ready to pick up. In my opinion they need to be sharper on updating customers about orders. Customer service when going to the store was good.

When you need it the logistics team go the extra mile
I needed the material and when I had the delivery date sent through to me it didn’t work for me but I emailed Mark Wilson Stephen Morrow and Paul Mc back they help no end and got my delivery out to me on time great response by these guys they were super helpful
