Very pleased with the item quality a d the look of the sofa plus I like that you can split the sofa so you can make 2 3 seating sofa into a 4 seater and a 3 seater I to a 2 seater just by unclipping them and moving the middle seat great design idea

Purchased 2 Parker Knoll sofas
Purchased 2 Parker Knoll sofas, non reclining, took delivery on 1st September. The cushions were not as firm as the sofa in the showroom and it felt as though I was leaning to the centre. I contacted the shop I purchased them from, who contacted Parker Knoll. They rang and a fitter came out, put new cushions in and the sofas are now as I expected and the fitter was excellent.

A Problem Solved
I had a problem with my G plan riser/recliner chair,which proved to be caused by a damaged cable. I contacted the company,and explained the problem.They were very helpful,and very quickly sent me a replacement cable and remote control,which solved my problem.
I am very impressed with the helpful staff member ,Tara,who dealt with me so efficiently.Thankyou to all concerned Ian Holland

Ordered a Ellis 3 peice leather suit…
Ordered a Ellis 3 peice leather suit from a retailer in Edinburgh after delivery I noticed a couple of flaws with the finished product, contacted retailer who arranged an inspection from a company called Emmeria, a company rep called to inspect the product after removal of the fibre padding in the cushions at the back then fluffed up he replaced them and informed me that this has to be done every day to maintain the shape as for the other faults they are within manufacture standards, so he has rejected my claim, not impressed with gplan so will be contacting trading standards to resolve this issue

Bought an additional sofa to go with two we bought about 6 years ago. Same model, same quality, same comfort. Delivery was within quoted timescales.
Delighted with sofa.
Only niggle is that, due to fabric producers going out of business during Covid, original fabric no longer available.

New GPlan sofa
We are satisfied with our new Kingsbury sofas.
However since delivery on 15 October we have experienced a strong musty smell. We were advised by the store we purchased the sofas from to thoroughly air them. Fortunately the weather has been fairly mild and we have been able to leave the windows open. Now after nearly 4 weeks there is a slight smell,
We have looked through the Care Guide & GPlan website but can find no mention of this problem. By searching online there are many comments on new furniture & smell. My point is in todays age of Health & Safety why is there no reference to this problem.

Thank you for leaving your review. Most furniture has a 'new' smell, which wears off quite quickly and whilst it causes no problems for most people, some people do seem particularly sensitive. Leather to has quite a distinctive smell when it is new, and the slight smell one might notice when wearing a new pair of leather shoes, will clearly be multiplied many times when this same material is used to cover an entire suite of furniture.
The suppliers of the interiors that we use have to treat their products with a fire retardant to meet with current health and safety regulations. Sometimes this can give off a slight 'chemical' smell and again this usually dissipates with a week to ten days of delivery. Occasionally, the smell is slightly more noticeable and lasts for a longer time; maybe two to three weeks. Environmental conditions can also play a part, and naturally in the warmer weather when doors and windows are frequently opened, any smells will disappear more quickly than in the cooler months when our homes are not so well ventilated.
All our Interior Supplier's sign an annual REACH Declaration as evidence that their supplied product does not contain any Substances of High Concern as outlined in UK REACH Regulations.

Never again will we purchase or recommend G Plan…
We had previously had a Seattle sofa for 14 years- ( used by a family of six.) and it was excellent kept its shape didn’t crease or sag. After all the children had grown and left home we moved house and decided on a different colour scheme- hence the replacement sofa. We wanted quality so we returned to purchase g plan again. Incidentally all our furniture at our last home was g plan. Now only two if us the sofa initially looked presentable. But we began to notice a number of faults- sagging arms - limp backrests. And gapping between the cushions. We contacted the store- who sent a rep to examine. He said it was evident the sofa had inadequate filling- and commented that he could attend to the backrests but not the arms as they were stitched. We were informed by g plan it was the store that should initially remedy any issues. As part of consumer rights And the store said after attention if we’re not happy we could seek a replacement. Following this we contacted them again saying we were not all happy and were informed that g plan would be contacted- the sofa wasn’t shoddy and unfit for purpose. G plan did respond - they said as the sofa had been refilled. They considered that this invalidated any responsibility on their part as they considered the sofa was correctly filled.- which was contrary to the engineer’s report evidenced by photos. So it remains we are still dissatisfied and stuck with an inferior and shoddy product

Stunning sofa in every way 😀☺️
We tried out a lot of sofas in John Lewis and this was by far the most comfortable as well as being super stylish and with lovely soft velvet. We loved a few of the Swyft sofas but when we sat on them we found them horribly uncomfortable, this G Plan one is seriously comfortable. Very happy.

G Plan sofas
We had a leather G Plan suite for nearly 25 years and decided to change it for another brand, wrong decision. After 14 months we decided it was just not comfortable so we ordered and just taken a delivery of 2 G Plan sofas so much better.

Really comfortable settee
I ordered the G Plan Holmes 2 seater settee from my local supplier and am very pleased with it. It was made up well within the timeframe given and looks beautiful in the fabric I chose. It’s really comfortable as well
