I ordered a jumper back in August, it hasn’t arrived yet and it’s the end of the year. So no item in 4 months. They ignore emails and there’s no other way to reach them. Avoid. I’m sooo disappointed!

I was completely scammed by this online retailer , I order two Rilakkuma stuffed plushes for 75.00 , pictures showed an authentic product complete with tags - what was sent was a complete joke- a knock off so bad I had an honest laugh before calling my bank and reporting a scam . I also emailed and posted a comparison of the item sent and the one advertised as well as the actual branded product I happen to have ( this fake was the exact same price as the authentic piece) it was also literally falling apart - stuffing leaking out and loose threads everywhere right after pulling out of the crumbled ball of tape they had the nerve to send it in .

So I ordered my thigh high socks and I didn’t think of the website much. I ordered and was expected to receive my socks between 1-2 weeks. I counted the days for it to come and nothing came. That’s when I searched on the internet for reviews and that’s when I realized many people had gotten scammed. Since I paid with debit I was really hoping for my socks to come in. A month and 4 days later they arrived but the size of what they were supposed to be was WAY smaller. I ordered “thigh” high socks and the socks reach up to my calf.

Ordered back in July and now it is December and still no order. The tracking info has not been updated since I made the order and emailing them doesn’t help since they seldom answer. I don’t think I will be getting a refund.

We have received our tracking nr but not able to track as it does not go to any website. Been emailing them with no reply for days. Beginning to think this website is a scam!!

The chimmy plushy was just as it looks in the photos, arrived on time. My daughter is a huge BTS fan and she absolutely loved it! Will definitely buy again. Thank you!

Item took 5 weeks to arrive. Emailed repeatedly for update and heard nothing. Item arrived yesterday and it's NOTHING like the photo! I bought the J-Hope shirt from the BTS range and the design on the item that arrived actually looks pixelated. Material, cut colour of t shirt are all wrong, it's not even close. So disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it. Now on the phone to bank to try and get my money back. Please don't waste your money!

Gotamochi is a scam. To anyone else who has fallen victim - if you paid via PayPal, you may be able to get your money back by opening a dispute, BUT YOU MUST DO THIS WITHIN 6 MONTHS.

I never received my order. At first they replied to my emails with generic reassurances that “we’ll forward the issue to our logistics team”. Then, after about 5 months, they stopped replying altogether.

I wish I’d looked at TrustPilot reviews before ordering, but the website looked so professional, I just didn’t think it could be a scam. Please don’t let them steal your money like they stole mine.

I placed an order back in mid May and still have not received it! It's been almost 5 whole months! Will never buy from them again.

I made an $80 purchase, luckily through Paypal, in April and never received my items. I sent multiple emails and contacted customer service and never got a response back. I filed a dispute through Paypal and got my money back thankfully.

Ordered a hoodie from Gotamochi and it never arrived. They're avoiding giving me a refund. AVOID.

I ordered 4 items from this online store back in April (more than 4 months ago) and have only received 2 items to date. The first 2 items were a sweatshirt and a face mask and took almost 2 months to arrive. The other 2 items are a jacket and some photocards which have never arrived. I email them for a refund on my undelivered and no responses.

Items are fake merch (hence the attractive prices). My undelivered items were $50 worth so that is now likely down the drain.

Do not buy from them. Will not recommend and want to make sure others do not fall for the same mistake I made.

Be careful before ordering from this website. Their customer service is non existent. I ordered goods worth over $100( via PayPal, thank goodness) from England and never received them or any shipping information. I tried numerous emails which were never replied to . I even wrote a letter and addressed it to the Canadian address on the website. It was returned by Canadian postal service as unknown. I was not going to get caught up with expensive international phone calls so I ended up opening up a disputed on the PayPal website. For any one who is experiencing the same problem this was very easy to do . Just go to the Resolutions Centre on PayPal and enter the information that they request. Other banks may have the same system in place. My money was refunded to me by PayPal. Thank you PayPal!!

Heard good things but my experience was awful.
Couple years ago I got my first pay check at my new job and I bought a warriors windbreaker (that Taehyung from BTS had worn) and the transaction went through okay and I got my order confirmation. THAT WAS IT. I emailed and nothing, I even DM’d them and after about a week/ a week and a half they blocked me on Instagram ! I wasn’t getting any responses from their live chat and it never came nor did I get a refund after asking for one.

I brought an Army Bomb Ver.4 MOTS Special Edition for 80€. After 6 weeks (to Europe) it finally came. But it turned out to be another version (ver.3) and it is also a fake one. Even on the website it said to be a official one (since it was my first order, and definitely my last, I thought it was real). I haven’t contacted the costumer service like others so I can’t say anything about it.
I‘m really disappointed because I got another version and a fake one for 80 (!) euro. I could have bought a fake one on Amazon too and it would only cost 30-40€.
Please don’t shop here and buy on another (trustful) site.

The quality is THE WORST. The design is blurry and out of focus. It looks like someone printed out a picture of bts on paper, cut it out, and glued it onto a shirt. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. Contacted customer service and was told I received the “correct” product and they’re sorry I don’t like the quality but that it matches the description and I will get no refund or be able to return it.

I ordered a BTS bias bottle from gotamochi in December of 2019, after a couple weeks I emailed and asked about it but was ignored. It’s been months and there’s still no order and they’ve ignored all of my messages. I wish I found this website about them being a scam earlier🤦‍♀️

this shop :) They are a true scammer. I ordered BTS concert hoodie, my order placed was about one week but I haven't received anything (tracking number). I contacted them a lot of but they never reply, I contacted a their Instagram, they said they will tell the Order team but I still receive nothing. BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ALREADY :) Don't ever trust and buy stuff from this shop, they're SCAM!!!

Abosulte horrible service - i ordered photocards in april to first find out they are completely fake even though it says official one website. Only one half of my order arrived and she has ignored all my emails. Many people are having this problem. Do not order from her ITS A SCAM
