No wonder, Kawaii World Store has the best products. I am a BTS fan and I ordered so many cute products from here. Yay!!

They do not review or answer emails, cancel option is not real it goes to an unmonitored email. Even the owner consoleskinshops does not respond.

As a BTS fan, I ordered a phone cover representing the BTS band. It looks phenomenal. WOAH!!

I love everything about plushies and saw this amazing collection on Kawaii World Store. It is a great addition to my collection of soft toys. The quality is really good.

I made an order in February and 2 months later, still nothing received. Annie Chung responded to my 1st email giving me a tracking number but the status is still in transit. They charged my credit card and no service for a refund.

I ordered 2 pairs of slippers with a squirrel on them. When I finally received my order 5 weeks later they were not what I ordered. Also hedgehogs holding a star in brown versus tan squirrels with orange acorn. Quality not what picture showed. No return info. So now I have sent email and at their mercy for follow up. Also ordered a size 7. These have 2 1/2 inches behind my foot when I tried on. Put back in bag and I am so extremely disgusted !!!!!!!!!!!!!! They cashed in my order immediately now here I am with another product not even what I ordered .

Loved my set. The shipping in total was 1 month and 1 week long. Longer than amazon prime but there is nothing on amazon as cute as Gotamochi website. My purchase was worth the wait. When I had any doubts or questions, Annie Chung was the most helpful and pleasant person to communicate with. She answered my emails very quickly . The tracking information never updated so I didn’t know it was close until it was on my doorstep but it was a pleasant surprise. I will gladly buy from them again despite the shipping time.

The item I first purchased was lost in transit so Miss Annie was kind enough to send me a replacement. The replacement had some issues as well but Miss Annie kept trying to resolve it and finally I received my purchase. The customer service and communication with me was excellent.

I ordered 6 pair of BTS pajamas. While the shipping did take a while when I received the order there was one pair of pjs that was not the correct character. I immediately contacted the company and received communication within a few hours. After a few emails my correct pajamas were on their way! Thank you so much for a quick response and fixing the issue!

My order never arrived. I sent countless messages with no answer. Definitely got scammed.

The quality of the items is honestly just crap, I do like the masks there though.

Wanted to give negative stars!!! Ordered several items since October and now it is 3 months after and another year, and have not received ANYTHING!!! Heard back from Annie Chung on Dec promising merchandise will arrive, but almost another month after and still no merchandise! Do not need merchandise anymore since BTS concert and Christmas is over!!!

I was really worried after I made the purchase because I didn't read the reviews but once I did I got nervous. I ordered my chimmy on Nov 29th and received it on Dec 16th. It looks just like the picture and the seller kept me updated and responded really fast! I don't know if I will order from here again but I'm happy it came. A little loose thread but nothing major. Thank you!

I placed an order for pyjamas for a friends birthday present over two months ago and have still not received them or any shipping updates whatsoever. i have emailed the company multiple times but get the same response. i have been demanding a full refund but have still received nothing from this. i am resulting to writing a negative review of my experience and highly recommend NOT ever shopping from gotamochi. poor customer service, poor absolutely everything i am extremely dissatisfied with this company. never ever ordering from here again. total scam.

My daughter ordered a K-Pop printed hoodie and I never considered it wouldn't be a legitimate website. After she never received a shipment notification, we looked up information about the company and saw many unsatisfied customers. We were worried she had lost her money. But just under 4 weeks from the order date the item arrived (WA state, US). There was no shipment email or tracking provided, and to my mind it is a cheap polyester hoodie, but she is satisfied. We have had one of the exact same kind of fabric from a beach tourist shop a few years ago. It is shiny where the design was applied, and I hated it because from the first wash it was pilly, stained easily and I did not like the synthetic fabric feel. I prefer good quality items. But she did receive her order so we are satisfied.

I’d give them negative stars if I could. Ordered over $200 from them back the first of July. Nothing. We have tried to get their help. Nothing but runarounds. Our post office has tried to help. But these items have been “in transit” for over 2 months. I could have gone to the moon and back by now. We are filing with our credit card. Luckily we have pay back. Then they go after them. Not sure it will help. They need to be investigated in their country. They are serious scammers.

Please do not fall for this website and make the BIGGEST mistake that i've made 6 months ago, and the same as other people as well. I'ved ordered Glowing Cat Ear headphones back in January 13th, and I've been waited for 3 in half months and still did not receive them, and I've been emailing them for 5 times and still did not received a response from them, they said they will respond back to people's emails within 2 days {24-48 hours} but still heard nothing from them again after 1 week later, the shipping takes forever to arrive and all of my emails are left behind unresponsive with no response, and no refund. Their website looks so professional and I should know the prices are good to be true. My fault for not double checking the reviews first before ordering anything, but anyways Gotamochi is a scam website BEWARE!! AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Ordered an item from them. Shipping was taking forever (tracking provided but item never even received at the drop-off spot). Months went by and I asked them for information, to which they said they will double check, then no response. Month later I inquired again and currently my multiple messages are left unresponsive with no refund. Do not buy from them.
