We were having trouble understanding WEB Page to Setup account billing.
We were having trouble understanding the web site to setup EFT for our account. Contacted PowerPay help line for assistance. Was the Best thing we did, as Emmanuelle, customer rep, directed us through the entire process of getting everything set up. She stepped us through the entire web site, to get everything set up. Also, stayed on line to verify we could log out, then log back in, and get to all the pages for us to verify and/or change information.
I would hope that all PowerPay employees are as good and helpful as Emmanuelle.

Talking with a live person helps. May I suggest that when the screen kicks back with the message of 'need correct data' (or some facsimile), a second sentence should be included, stating "If you have input the correct data, several times, instead of waiting for an agent please call xxxxxxxx."
Turns out Emmanuelle found the problem was my zip/postal code had been incorrectly input from the start, so after I input the incorrect, she was able to make a request to correct the zip/postal code. Problem solved, no more time wasted waiting for a agent/chatbot.

No way to put it online to check…
No way to put it online to check without the stupid ap, can only help you when you call in by asking when it was purchased or what was loaded, when you buy the cards all the time how are you suppose to keep that information for years in case you need to call in if their is no way to retrieve it? Scam in legal skin. Use to buy at least 1 a month between 100-500 or more for online use, with how useless they have become I will go with Canada Post or Jokers, as this company is the real F***ing joke.

The tech person (Joanna) listened to my questions and then explained parts of the Home Screen and Next Payment display where I had questions. Along the way she explained a question I had about the Open Date and the 12 month/no interest loan that I had. I felt like I understood much better how my loan worked. She was patient and made sure that I understood my "problems". Great

payment specialist
Talked to a payment specialist. She pulled up our account and told me she showed it in good standing. I told her that on our October statement it showed that it was printed on 10/10 and then also showed the date payment was needed as 10/10 instead of our usual due date at the end of the month. She was very kind and helpful.

Erika was calm, kind, and the willingness to be helpful. Honestly, I didn’t think anyone would be available to assist. Erika ABSOLUTELY made my day. In addition, she answered on 1 and 1/2 rings and answered ALL of my questions which is EXCELLENT customer service. She was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. The small gestures we take for granted as customers, really make a difference. I wasn’t sure if people like this still existed in this era, especially in this field. Great job to the hiring manager! no help for employees
I never had a problem signing into my account and for the last 3 months i was unable to sign in same password same username but not login in, they said to talk to my employer he said he unlocked it but I,m still unable to sign in and powerpay refused to help me, its alway the same thing talk to your employer.
