Unreliable
Unreliable, plain and simple. I purchased an item they claimed was in stock, an expensive Leica lens. The lure was their price--15% lower than any competitor. They immediately charged my card and three days later the order status handn't changed from "Processing". I called and was told they were 'temporarily out of stock but should have the item in a week". Three weeks later, no item, no update, no indication they would ever get it. They're polite, but rather hopeless at inventory management.

Camera and accessories all good
Camera and accessories all good. I ordered for my daughter's birthday gift, I paid extra ($20) to expedite shipping. The day before my daughters bday I still had not received it so I called and it had not been shipped yet. It was an unpleasant conversation and after asking me to pay addtl. $20, I was mad, so he ended up shipping it 2 day and my daughter didn't have her gift on her bday. So don't trust their shipping ETA, even when you pay the addtl to guarantee on time delivery.
Schlock Operation
Fumfie came up on a Google shopping search for a specific battery charging station. Their website showed that it was available. Ordered it on a Sunday and paid for expedited shipping. The wrong product arrived on Thursday - a battery, not the battery charging station. Called Fumfie on Friday. They apologized and offered a complete refund. They said that they oversold the charging station and have none in stock. They are a schlock operation in my opinion.

I was surprised to find out the model of drone we initially ordered was no longer available, but the customer service folks contacted us and worked to get us a better model, offering an upgrade/discount in the process. The were also very flexible on a payment snafu and we received the equipment much more quickly than expected.
First came awful shipping issues... Then they lied about it
I ordered a Canon SL2 and paid $29.99 for 2 day expedited shipping on Monday January 15th. On Tuesday I still hadn't received a shipping tracking number. I called to request the tracking number and spoke to a representative who assured me the camera would ship, I'd have it on Thursday. On Thursday, January 18th, still not having received any type of tracking number or shipping confirmation, I again called requesting any information they had regarding my camera. I was finally provided a FedEx tracking number, which indicated that the package still hadn't been shipped by Fumfie. Pointing this out to the rep he told me he would upgrade the shipping to overnight, I would receive my SL2 tomorrow, Friday, January 19th. He then told me the FedEx tracking would update in an hour. One hour later I checked the tracking. The package was not picked up yet, & estimated delivery date was January 22, shipped via FedEx 2-3 day ground. I immediately called Fumfie to alert them of the issue. The rep told me he personally made sure it was shipped FedEx overnight and I would have it tomorrow. Repeatedly he told me the FedEx tracking just hadn't updated.
Friday morning January 19th FedEx tracking indicates package has shipped and will arrive on January 22. I call FedEx to verify and they confirm, shipped 2-3 day ground, signature required, no Saturday delivery.
I call Fumfie, initially the rep tries to convince me I will still receive the camera that evening. I point out that I have already spoken with FedEx and there is no way I'm seeing this camera before Monday. He then transfers me to a manager. After explaining to the manager that I paid extra for 2 day shipping with the expectation I would have the camera by the weekend his response to me was have patience, try out the camera on Monday, play with it, he's sure I'll like it. I pointed out again that I was supposed to have the camera already, that his representatives lied to me multiple times about the shipping, I was going to have to try to find a camera locally, and I wanted to start the process for returning the camera. His response, with the most condescending tone:"Why do you want to be like that?"
The manager continued to refuse to issue an RMA# until I received the package on Monday. After some back and forth he did refund my $29.99 for shipping.
Once I received the camera I called for an RMA#, return address and return instructions, which again I was refused by the phone rep who insisted I now request it via email.
Eventually I received an RMA from Fumfie Support. Other then the address and RMA, the email had no instructions.
With all trust in Fumfie destroyed, I strongly felt I need to make sure the camera and Battery kit were actually in the box they sent me. I also had a gut feeling that Fumfie was going to try to deny my refund. Using the Canon SL2 I end up purchasing from a local big box store on Friday the 19th, I documented opening the FedEx package. The camera, extra battery and spare charger where in the box with only a scant amount of packing material, not enough to keep the charger and battery from sliding around in the box. I went to document the serial number on SL2 box, but there wasn't one. (The SL2 from the box retail store does have the serial number on it). Additionally the tounge that holds the package shut was pulled out, meaning the box to the camera had already been opened by someone else. The camera was bubble wrapped, and the accessories were in the box, but the protective material was very different from what was included in the other SL2. There was also just less packaging material. The retail SL2 was double wrapped in 2 types of material, the Fumfie SL2 was single wrapped in clear bubble wrap. It was also missing the Canon warranty card. I checked to make sure there was an SL2 badge on the camera, documented the serial number, and packed it up.
I shipped the camera, battery & charger back in the same box it was sent to me in, using the same packaging material plus 2 sheets of butcher paper so nothing would slide around. I documented with my retail SL2 that everything was in the box.
At the post office, the clerk also verified the contents of the box and then she sealed it up. I provided the tracking number to Fumfie Support. Here is the ominous response :
Sir,
Once the item has been inspected by the returns dept and is found to be in the same condition it was sent out it will be refunded with in 24-48 hours.

On February 2, 2018 at 1:01pm the package was delivered and signed for. Today is Monday February 5, 2018 at approximately 6 pm. As I expected, I have received no refund or additional correspondence from Fumfie. I will be taking the next step to get my money refunded.
I wasn't happy at all with Fumfie
I wasn't happy at all with Fumfie. They have very short operating hours, and a lack of concern in their customer service department regarding responding to customers. Not a deal killer, if I had previous good experience with them, but this was my first time buying from them. They delayed the shipment of my product by two days, sending me a cryptic email saying there was a problem with my order, when all they wanted was to do some add-on selling! I even tried to cancel my order, but the salesman just kept after me and after me so that I relented and let it go through. I won't be shopping with them again.
