UPDATE: Will be leaving my review from before below, but a LOT has changed.
This host seemed good, but the downtime was insane (NY-04), and while compensation was good, they were slow to resolve the issues, seem to always have issues which are "not their fault", but at what point is it repetitive, and hard to believe?
I have also learned that they blocked the IP address of the server importers of other hosts to make it more difficult to move away, which is extremely scummy.
Network issues, oh network issues. Nonstop. Constant slowdowns, disconnects, cut outs, "hardware failures", and so on. The network has good ping, that's all there is going for it. What worries me with low ping though is what sort of filtering have they cut down on to reduce ping? I'm not saying they did that, but its a possibility.
The reason this is a 2 star review is since they work... kinda, and are cheap.
My suggestion is to try at your own risk. There has been a ton of downtime lately, and network problems. They have some questionable practices, and extremely slow support.
OLD REVIEW:
TLDR: I bought a 8GB server from Floofy, which has great performance, ping, pricing, and the panel has its quirks in my opinion for the worse.
I bought a server for the beginning month $0.76 due to a sale, but I will not take that into account in this review, as an attempt to not be as biased.
The pricing is very compelling, being $0.95/gb (Minecraft hosting), and for reference, I spend $7.60/month for 8gb ram, and 4 vcores.
Performance is better than I expected, I did a quick test of /flyspeed 10 on default pufferfish jar, no configuration changes, and flew around generating new chunks. The TPS at its lowest dropped to around 18 TPS. In other hosts I’ve tried, this has brought the server down to 6 TPS, so this is a definite improvement. I forgot to mention connectivity, it is the best I’ve ever had, no joke. I get 46 ping to a server in New York from Florida, I get higher ping to servers in Miami.
EDIT: It was just brought to my attention that what I am referring to is “Community Support,” and many people create a ticker alongside posting their issue there, which is why it seems this way to me. I will leave my original statement below unedited however.
Support I haven’t had much experience with, but I can say what I’ve seen in the time I have been in the discord. I have noticed many times someone asks a question, and it will go unanswered for days, or even a week. Other times it will be responded to within a couple hours. Support is nothing exceptional, but isn’t exactly bad either, it’s just meh.
The panel is using Wisp, which I personally find quite annoying, but this comes down to personal preference. I find the panel annoying due to commonly accessed things, like file manager is under a drop down, and how you have to click on the text, and can’t click just in the area that becomes selected when hovering over it.
Now let me include sales, they seem to have sales a few times a year, with said sales being pretty extreme. One of these sales was 90% off your first month of Minecraft, VPS, game hosting, etc. Another was a quite extreme one, Being a Black Friday sale, which was 70% off recurring, which is quite extreme, considering their already low prices.
In the end, the host is great, with good pricing, frequent sales which are quite large, good performance, but with meh support, and in my opinion an annoying panel, but again that’s personal preference.

After waiting for a while I decided to log a support ticket on their website instead. When I got back to Discord a few moments later, my ticket was deleted. I reopened one asking why it was deleted and the CEO explained that it doesn't speed up the process if I log the same problem twice. Instead of deleting it, they just could have answered me and closed my other ticket via the website. But instead he will read it and close it. I'm still waiting on a response eventhough the CEO saw my ticket. It's very unnecessary.

La empresa hasta ahora se ha comportado a la altura, el único problema es que no saben de español en si, y lo otro es que los filtros gamer de cosmic no funcionan, he tenido 3 caídas en los dos meses que 3 meses que llevo con ellos, no brindan muchas opciones de instalaciones ni nada, el filtro gamer al no funcionar no tienen protección tl7 y por eso los servidores de juego los tumban. Las soluciones para ellos es dejarte esperando y le da lo mismo en el tema de si pasas dos o tres días sin conectividad lo último cuando alguien quiere retirar sus productos sus devoluciones son en saldo de su página pero nunca te devuelven el dinero. Estoy esperando que se pase mi subscripcion unos 3 meses más por qué pague adelantado para irme a un disponsor con path.

Without a doubt... FloofyHosting LLC, has impressed me significantly as well as some of my fellow colleagues or friends.
With many of them using KVM VPSs and Discord Bot Hosting in general to perform basic or even complex tasks.
Not once was we to face any issues such as low latency, bugs, or common downtimes. Although there was an issue with their NYC-02 node - the staff kindly but quite promptly offered me a VPS to move my Discord Bot Hosting plans too in the meantime or to move to a new node while NYC-02 was to be sorted out.
This proves and confirms that the staff team at FloofyHosting has good hearts, intentions and overall a good ethic towards offering exceptional support to their clients.
I highly recommend this host / service to anyone and everyone who feels as if they need a host they can truly rely on. Prices are minimum but good, performance is out of this world, and service isn't the worst i have seen.

Genuinely Brilliant.
I first came across Floofy Hosting whilst talking to the COO. He pointed out that I was severely overpaying for my host - I made the switch to Floofy and haven't looked back!
We did have an issue on the 3rd night however the support team was incredibly helpful, Abdullah, Balin and Ethan are absolutely brilliant (and I'm sure the rest of the team is too!!) I'm looking forward to bringing more of my servers over to you guys.
Bad customer support
Asked for me to give out my VPS root password in a ticket any staff member could view, proceeded to terminate it for abuse after the VPS was accessed by another party and claimed it was due to a weak password.

Really had a great experience using them.
I have been using the cheapest VPS plan running WindowsServer 2019, tho they offer 20GB on the plan, I ran out of storage, and it's not really worth it anymore, It would be great if you guys do some Storage value changes for your Windows customers.
Overall having great fun.

Still haven't gotten the ips for my server to work, I will be buying a vps and setup the GRE tunnel myself. Abdullah does work very hard, I like that the ips are very cheap.

Floofy has changed everything I think about MC Hosting.
I was temporarily suspended because my bandwidth was being used by a lot of players, but they purchase and provide node with more bandwidth. In many cases, if I get kicked out of a node, that will be the end of it. And they are always working on new and easy to use features and their support is functional almost 24 hours a day. The status page and specs for each node are also available, and the hosting is cheap and very reliable.

Floofy Hosting has shown me some of the best support of any hosting provider. I have never waited more than 4 minutes to get in touch with support in their discord. Their prices are simply the best out there for the quality you get. I spent over an hour with their COO, he built me a discord bot and even put it on the server for me. I use them for all of my projects and will continue using them in the future.
