Very Unprofessional/Bad Customer Service !
On 6/7/25 I brought a case of sea salt pretzels for a party on the weekend when we opened the bags more than half of each bag were broken pieces in them they were for dips , everyone ate the whole pieces and left the broken ones in the bows ,we didn't have enough of them , my sister gave the birds the broken ones to eat , I contact the company on 6/12/25 and told they ,and gave them their code numbers and the upc numbers too , about a week later they sent only 6 bags of pretzels instead of a case of 12 bags, I emailed them again and again and they refuse to send me the other 6 bags plus I requested another 6 bags of a different flavor for my time and they refused and didn't reply back to my last email to them.
