1-on-1 Closing Process Role Play / HTC.

Role playing of closing process taught us about several scenarios of closing. Different situations and different niches made learning more wider & deeper.
We could observe and understand how closing process can be done better, what kind of questions should be asked depending on the situation, how to navigate the prospect towards closing, understanding of surface, business and personal level pains of the prospect, and many more.
Usage of various phrases like 'and what else', exactly/specifically/precisely, etc.
Personality type of prospect should be understood, so that interaction will be more effective.

LEARNING BEST WAY OF CLOSING CALLS

These sessions were incredibly helpful for understanding how to close HTC efficiently.
Thank you very much Fatha sir, for your consistent support by giving all the specific points which the Closer must keep in mind and action while on call with the Prospects. Fatha Khan’s understanding of concepts are deep and he phenomenally puts them across with great ease and passion. Fatha sir’s teaching style is such that a person like me who gets easily distracted (monkey mind!) is able to stay unbelievably attentive & charged all through his mentoring session! He exudes stellar energy levels which is quite infectious I must say! I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to attend Fatha Khan’s mentoring sessions. He is a fabulous teacher indeed.🙏 🫡

Superb experience! Lot of insights!

I was able to attend only the last 3 days of the HTC role play practice, due to work commitments. All throughout the three days were a great learning experience. The dissection of calls and sharing of feedback by Fatah helped me relate and learn lot of points about how to approach and tackle various situations in HTC calls. Superb experience! Looking forward to learn more as I go along in the program.
