I requested a quote, there was absolutely no rush at all conveyed in the messages. A quote arrived in my mailbox the next day. I had made the decision to buy my printer instead, so I responded saying thanks but I’d made another plan. This was the response I got, copied and pasted, “Really, I was told you needed this quote urgently so I came into the office today to do it.” This is the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had and would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

After establishing our printing requirements onsite at an event, we needed to source a high-volume printer and photocopier. After a little Google searching, we came across Equipment Rentals & Sales Ltd.

From the initial telephone call and follow-up emails, both Michael and Annette were both highly responsive, amenable, and professional throughout. We worked with many suppliers across the event, and Equipment Rentals certainly went above and beyond in meeting our needs.
