Excellent service, quick delivery to the west.

All was good. Epic cycles was very accommodating when we changed the delivery address. Only one suggestion; ordered the Sur Ron dirt bike. The front wheel hub was used to secure the bike to the crate and, in my attempt to remove the hub, the threads got stripped. I would suggest using a shipping bolt instead.
Also, there was an electrical piece about 10 inches long with a battery connection on one end, a female electrical connection on the other end and a small, red LED light in the middle. Don’t know what this is for.

Arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described.

All good but............ the weight capacity of bicycles should be offered as well so large riders have the right knowledge of the best choice.

Ordered an item that was delivered ahead of the estimated time and as described.

Bike is as described. 3 stars because of the difficulty of actually purchasing the bike through the website (took several weeks and many emails and phone calls). Although the bike was expertly shipped, it arrived in pieces with no assembly instructions. The chain was particularly difficult to attach without chain tools. Electric bikes are also much heavier than conventional bikes and most may not be expecting this - more like a low powered motorcycle. As such, they don't work well on sidewalks or in pedestrian areas, they are largely confined to the road, which some buyers might not be expecting. However, the quality of the bike is excellent and people comment on it positively wherever we take it!

I purchased a much needed spare part (replacement Hub motor and wheel assembly). Pricing was great, shipping was quick, and service was excellent! Management and ownership were even able and willing to answer questions in a timely and informative manner. Thanks for the great experience Epic!
