They say customised mugs should be delivered within 14 days. But poor production meant they remade one of my orders.
Bad things I was never informed.
These were staff leaving presents they didn't get them after 20 days.
Poor communication

Good pick up of errors but tell your customers of the delay!

I ordered the new cake dome and ceramic cake plate
Rather disappointed with the glass dome the glass is very thin no weight to it
My other cake dome from Toast is much better quality glass.
The plate and the shape and detail is very good.
