Started well. The store helped me create two bathrooms. Jenny in the Stafford branch was a great help.

Since then though has all been a bit of a mess.

2 failed deliveries. Despite paying a high delivery fee.

Then when the items finally arrived, pieces were missing. My plumber was constantly having to find work elsewhere due to the delays and mistakes.

Now one of the showers has failed. And despite contacting them over 3 weeks ago, little progress has been made to fix it, despite a selling point being the guarantee for the goods

It all seems a bit silly. For example, the shower unit is faulty as it flicks from cold to very hot with barely any movement of the dial, but before they would do anything I had to send pictures of the fault. How on earth can you show something being too hot I'm a picture!

Real shame, the plumber recommended I use them, but even he regretted that, and I certainly do now as well.

They were very friendly & helpful in store. I have now used this store a few times & I highly recommend

would of been a 5 star if they hadn't messed our delivery option up

Delivery day kept changing, made it hard to fit in with plumber

Really frustrating order hasn’t arrived again!!!
They are avoiding me now £85 paid for delivery and it’s a no show !!
I will have to get a refund and go elsewhere..
wish I had looked at the reviews regarding delivery. It would seam this is normal and the staff just don’t seam bothered…
Please shop elsewhere!!!

We had a great service and excellent communication from Easy Bathrooms. Ivor was super helpful and very patient and responsive working with us to get the best design for our small downstairs toilet.
Communication before and on the day of delivery was excellent and the delivery team were very polite and helpful. Everything we ordered arrived and arrived very well packaged and undamaged.

My order was what I wanted

Excellent staff and delightful to meet someone who wanted to sell their equipment.a good product and we are awaiting it to be fitted.

We decided to use Easy Bathrooms as we had done a lot of research and found William in the Oxford Store to be very helpful and knowledgeable in designing our dream bathroom.
The fact the company can take care of everything, including installation and offer a 2 year guarantee sold it to us.
We did have a few problems during the installation but they were all resolved quickly and we are now starting to enjoy our new bathroom.

Renovating a new home can be quite overwhelming with lots of decisions to make. I visited the showroom in Tilehurst, Reading and was greeted by Hugo. He was attentive, patient, informative and made my shopping experience a delight. He answered all my questions (there were many) and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. He took em around the showroom locating the items I was interested in so could view them in ‘real life’ rather than a brochure. He wasn’t push with sales at all. What a wonderful member of staff! Profit quality so far seems great and I woudl highly recommend the store and definatekt Hugo to friends and family.

The tiles I ordered are perfect and the service I was given from the Chichester store was excellent

On 26 May I ordered a heated towel rail that was due to be delivered on 2 June. However, a few days later I was informed it was out of stock - it was eventually delivered on 24 June. Luckily the delay hasn't affected the work on the bathroom, but I was surprised there was nothing on the website indicating that the item was out of stock. That said, all communications from staff at Easy Bathrooms were very efficient, timely and friendly.

I've only seen this particular heated towel rail at Easy Bathrooms - it was worth waiting for.

In my opinion products are substandard & I could have bought better quality elsewhere for substantially less. Trying to get their customer service people to listen to my issues is a complete joke, they spend their time just fobbing you off. Reported the company to Trading Standards

I was not sure about items I was choosing but Olena helped me to choose these items by explaining the reason for why I should select these items . I very comfortable while I was placing the order for my home .From order to delivery it all went very smoothly . Delivery came on time , the tracker for order delivery was helpful . Everything was just perfect . Olena’s customer service were excellent . What a lovely lady she is . I give 10 out of 10 to Olena and easybathroom .

After searching many shops, we came into Easy Bathrooms in Stockport where we were greeted by Katie and Byron with big smiles. Over the course of the following weeks they were both VERY helpful and friendly in helping us find the right pieces we were looking for, organised the delivery and helped with every part of the journey.

The service was so good that we went back to order everything for our en-suite bathroom and again they went well beyond our expectations and made it so easy. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at the Stockport branch.

The choice and quality of everything we bought was exactly what we needed as well. There is no need to go to designer shops when you can find everything you need in one place. It made a stressful job very easy and with the staff on hand painless as well.

Fantastic service from Matt in Telford, would recommend to anyone who are looking to redesign their Bathroom.

Linda at the Newbury branch was very helpful, professional, capable and a pleasure to deal with.
