I left this clinic feeling very…disappointed
I left this clinic feeling very disappointed with my overall experience. From the beginning, I wasn't given clear information about the costs or exactly what was included in each treatment. There also seemed to be very poor communication between the doctor and the receptionist, which led to confusion and inconsistent information.
After my Hydra Boost treatment, I developed lumps, which was concerning. I also didn't feel comfortable returning because I was initially told that my Botox top-up could be covered even if it was done a little later as an exception. However, I was later told this was no longer possible. Had I known the top-up had to be completed within a few weeks with no flexibility, I would have made different decisions and not relied on the reassurance I was given.
In addition, I saw very little improvement after my Pico laser session, which was disappointing given my expectations.
Overall, the lack of clear communication, inconsistent advice, and underwhelming treatment results have left me disappointed, and I would not return.

Absolutely fab every time. Kat has made such a difference to how I feel about my skin and how it looks! I have neurogenic rosacea from PTSD and Kat is so caring and knowledgeable. Also the ladies on reception super helpful and super lovely!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I genuinely felt I needed to for this one. I had 4 sessions of under-eye PRP and filler treatment throughout my face for volume loss. I’m mid 40s and honestly so happy with the results. It has given me my confidence back again especially with my under eye.
I had Bhavik Shah at the Loughton clinic and he was great, he was very knowledgeable and seemed really enthusiastic and cared about the task in hand…..restoring my face! I’m beyond happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment.

The most ever. They leave you one in the worst situation do not even attempt to resolve. Cost extreme amounts with other Drs to correct their procedures.

Cosmelan review
I underwent the Cosmelan peel treatment for melasma/pigmentation at the Dr MediSpa in Knightsbridge with the lovely Mariana's guidance. Mariana has been absolutely incredible all the way through this process. After spending nearly a year and a small fortune having glass laser toning treatments at a highly reputable Korean clinic in Mayfair with little to no results and with the whole experience culminating with them burning my face during treatment and then not taking responsibility or offering apology, I was already anxious and demoralised by my journey. Mariana has been such a refreshing energy in contrast - really friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and has a great sense of humour which I appreciate. During the first couple of weeks after the Cosmelan peel, I was struggling with the process and she responded to my emails out of hours on the weekend with so much kindness and reassurance. I am very very happy with the results! My skin looks so much better and even though it was expensive, I spent a lot less than with the other clinic and had much more dramatic results with the best guide, so it was worth it! I cannot recommend this clinic and Mariana highly enough. Thank you so much for everything!!

Dr Somji is extremely knowledgeable and professional and the staff are welcoming, friendly, kind and courteous. It’s always obvious that the clinic is a lovely working environment for the staff and would recommend this clinic 100%.I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else

Fantastic and welcoming
It was and amazing first experience, Katherine was super supportive and patient with my questions. As someone who has never had any cosmetic treatments to full legs/hollywood/face/arm pits it was an easy experience after getting used to the sensation of laser treatment.

I have been going to Dr Medispa in…
I have been going to Dr Medispa in Loughton for a few years now but recently I have been getting my micro needling through Elli . I must say I am so impressed with the detail to attention and the care Elli takes in making sure the treatment I receive is perfect and I get the best results with her . She takes her time to listen and makes suggestions which in a work of many treatments is sometimes required. My only suggestion for the clinic is to reward loyal customers - I know there are discounts on certain treatments as packages but sometimes I undertake different treatments and would be good to see that rewarded as a loyal customer rather than just a package discount . Just a suggestion :)

This morning i had my iPixel laser resurfacing treatment with Lucia at Dr.Medispa, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. This was my fourth visit, and each experience has been consistently outstanding.

She shares what has and hasn’t worked for her, including helpful advice around diet and lifestyle, so I always leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in my skin plan.

I had spoken to Lara a few times before my appointment she was always pleasant, helpful and patient with me on the phone.
My appointment was to see Dr Somji as I had some hair issues. I was a few minutes late but he was understanding of traffic and was very professional. He knows his stuff as he told me what was going on and how to remedy it. He was patient enough to answer my questions without rushing me. I am extremely impressed with Dr Somji, Bridget and Gemma on the front desk. All in all very good experience and would be going back.
