Asociale klantenservice
Asociale klantenservice! Wij hebben een huisje geboekt met onze baby van 16 weken, gezien er een hitteplan is in Nederland gebeld om vriendelijk te vragen of er een airco is, wat je wel mag verwachten voor €500,- per nacht direct afgescheept door de klantenservice dat we kunnen annuleren en bij annulering alleen de toeristenbelasting terug krijgen, daarna werd de telefoon opgehangen, wat is dit voor asociaal gedrag?!!!

Niet de standaard maar net iets anders
De boeking ging vlotjes, dus geen probleem.
Maar ja, we zijn zo langzamerhand gewend om alles zelf te doen.
Dus waarom nog administratiekosten, je zou standaard eerder korting moet krijgen.
Voor de rest moeten we het nog gaan beleven.
De reservering is voor december.

Very negative experience – Not recommended
We stayed at this resort in a villa (Maastricht Dormio) during the second half of July, and unfortunately, we were victims of a robbery. The resort manager (Bratt) not only refused to take any responsibility but even tried to blame us.
When we filed a report with the police, we were told that thefts at this property are frequent. Only then, upon closer inspection, did we realize that there is no perimeter or effective security system protecting the property. Access is practically open to anyone, leaving both guests and their belongings completely exposed.
The resort’s response was that there is a note on their website stating that guests are responsible for their valuables. But if theft is a known and recurring issue, the proper response is to take real, physical security measures, not just leave a small note online that most people won’t see.
We find it absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional for a resort of this category to operate in such a way, disregarding the safety of its guests. We do not recommend it under any circumstances.

We regret to hear about your experience and fully understand how upsetting this must have been.
Please allow us to clarify a few points. Our resort does have security personnel patrolling the premises regularly. However, given the size and open layout of the park, it is unfortunately not possible to monitor every area at all times. That is precisely why we explicitly advise all guests not to leave valuables unattended outside, but to store them safely inside the accommodation.
As also advised by our reception team, in the unfortunate event of theft, we strongly recommend filing a police report and contacting your travel insurance provider, who can assist you further with possible compensation.
While we sympathize with the situation, we cannot take responsibility for the loss of items left outside, as is clearly stated in our guest policy.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve communication around guest safety and awareness.

Animatie Team kindonvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd
Mooi park met prachtige huisjes. Wij zaten in een 10 persoonhuis. Allemaal hele dunne slechte matrassen. En het animatie team was zelfs zeer kindonvriendelijk. Daar schrokken we echt van. Mooie ligging en mooie omgeving

We hadden een van de huizen met overdekte veranda waar we lekker konden loungen en barbecueën.
Woonkamer, slaapkamers en badkamers modern en super netjes. Goede bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het resort zelf ook tiptop onderhouden. Medewerkers van de receptie supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.
We hebben ervan genoten. Tot nu toe onze beste ervaring in een vakantiepark in Nederland.

Het is een mooi resort en ligt echt in… hartje maastricht bijna
Het is een mooi resort en ligt echt in de buurt van alles.
De bediening van het restaurant geef ik een dikke 10 wat werken die hard
Alleen jammer dat er schilder werkzaamheden waren aan het appartementen complex en niet gemeld was vooraf wat een nadeel gaf aan de vakantie want mijn man stond in zijn boxer oog in oog met de schilder en dat is niet echt fijn en dat ze het zeil en kwasten zomaar neer gooien terwijl mijn moeder met rollator moet lopen is niet prettig maar verder het park is super mooi maar geen exuus van de receptie dat is minder want als ik dit wist had ik een ander apartment genomen of ergens anders in de buurt gaan kijken.
maar de dames achter de receptie zijn ook niet op de hoogte van de uitvoering en dat vind ik jammer dat het in deze periodes gebeurt want nu is het vakantie en dan ook nog geen exuus aanbieden dat is het minste ben niet uit op geld terug want het park en bediening van het proeflokaal krijgen een tien ik zou de volgende keer dit zeker vragen bij reserveren want dan had ik een andere genomen heb hier zelf ook wel last van gehad met mijn copd en ben zeker geen klager

This resort is a beautiful located…
This resort is a beautiful located holiday resort nearby city center of Maastricht.
The surrounding is green, the houses are cosy styled and you have the choice to book a hotel room as well as an accomedation for large groups. Very nice staff and everything you might need is there: supermarket, fresh bread and more, wellness, bike rental, restaurant, haute cuisine restaurant and nice play spots for the kids.
I recommend this resort highly!
