A beautiful resort, with comfortable houses and apartments. Set up as a small village, with lots of greenery. Suitable for families and couples. Ideally situated to the center of Maastricht.

Op de contact pagina op de Dormio website staat ”de snelste manier om contact met ons te nemen is de chat of whatsapp”.
Ik heb twee berichten gestuurd met concrete vragen i.v.m. een boeking. Echter meerdere dagen gewacht maar geen inhoudelijke reactie ontvangen. Toen ik vervolgens belde was de reactie van de dame aan de lijn; als het druk is kijken we minder naar de whatsapp. Dat blijkt inderdaad…
In de standaard ontvangstbevestiging die ik ontving na mijn eerste WA bericht stond dat ik ook een e-mail kan sturen. Maar het e-mailadres werd niet vermeld en is ook op de website niet te vinden.
Kortom, de eerste ervaring qua communicatie is zeer matig.

Prachtig en goed onderhouden park
Prachtig en goed onderhouden park, doet dorps aan door verscheidenheid aan huisjes. Luxe van mooi ingerichte huis/appartement geeft weldadig vakantie gevoel.

Nice clean accommodation
Lovely spacious clean accommodation. Fine swimming pool with water slide. There is also a children's pool with slide.
Had a nice lunch at the restaurant. We also hired an electric cargo bike and bicycle with a nice cycling route included.

Great place, wonderful staff
Great combination of clean, affordable housing, a terrific location and various facilities in a prime location, 10 minutes from the city center.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location, very nice cottages.
The location of the park is excellent to explore Maastricht en it’s surroundings.
The house itself was spacious, had al the things you need en was cosy.
The staff did everything they could to help is with defects and were friendly and helpfull!!
