Prachtig gelegen park met mooie accommodaties. Heerlijke bedden en overal erg schoon.Heel fijn dat er zowel een binnen- als buitenzwembad aanwezig is.

Het ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk…
Het ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk en de rest ging vanzelf. Keurig ruim appartement. Schoon park. Wij zaten in het voor seizoen en het was nog stil op het park. Iedere dag een andere plaats in de omgeving gezien waarvan Bonn ons het meeste aansprak en Euskirchen ons veraste met het gezellige centrum met veel winkeltjes. De weg terug naar het resort bracht ons door vele kleine plaatsjes. De Eifel is een mooie groene omgeving waar veel activiteiten mogelijk zijn.

Heel fijn park, maar accommodaties behoeven zeker onderhoud
Heel fijn park, met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een prachtige omgeving. Accommodaties zijn helaas flink verouderd en niet fris. Hier moet echt in geïnvesteerd worden. Het zwembad zelf prima, maar kleedkamers en doucheruimte ook niet fris. Voor de (flinke) prijs die je betaalt mag je een schoon en onderhouden accommodatie verwachten.

Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, mooie huisjes met goede bedden. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het park, direct naast de Ruhrsee en Eifel nationaal park. Gezellige restaurants op park, binnen- en buitenzwembad en fijne winkel.

Prachtig en heerlijk.
Het is het beste appartement wat we ooit hebben gehad! Alles klopt gewoon. Heerlijk restaurant met lief personeel. De incheckbalie is ook prima.

Waardeloze website
Het is een hele vervelende website. Je kunt niet zien hoeveel huisjes er beschikbaar zijn, welke nummers, heeft geen goede onthoud functie voor datum en personen. Ik kreeg ook geen bevestiging na mijn boeking. Was 1x en nooit weer.
Foto's zwembad is er maar 1. Dit is voor heel veel mensen een belangrijk aspect. Sowieso erg weinig foto's.
Springt soms ineens over op hotels ookal ben ik bezig met een huis.

Mooi park gelegen op een heuvel( dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn). Heel vriendelijk personeel en winkel die alle dagen open is met verse broodjes en gebak.

Mooi park
Mooi park, alles goed verzorgd. Huis was prima en compleet. Wat kleine tekortkomingen aan het huis in technische zin, maar via behulpzaam en vriendelijk klantgericht personeel opgelost.
