Brilliant customer service and pricing.

Amazing customer server from Samina and Guy. The switch over was smooth and hassle free. And they beat my previous price which I didn’t think was possible. Amazing and would highly recommend.

Had such a smooth set up with DNA…

Had such a smooth set up with DNA payments their system is amazing and Douglas was beyond helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience and happy to be using them as our payment provider now! We also love that their card machines connect to which ever data provider in the area is the strongest so we’re never without signal to our card machine!

From the moment Robert arrived, his professionalism and knowledge, made us feel within minutes of him being here, switching to DNA Payments would be good for the business.

We transferred with ease. Clear step by step instructions and set up in no time. Douglas was amazing, it was busy here at the time of the call & he was so patient & pleasant throughout the entire set up. I must say, I was left feeling excited about using the new terminal, as there are some new & wonderful features, which I know will greatly benefit our business & our customers.
