I paid for 1 day delivery. I placed the order in the morning of 17 Dec 25, well before cut off time of 4pm. Today at the end of day 2, 19 Dec 25, I only just received a message to say the order is being processed for dispatch.

I would not recommend Direct4Pet. I would like my money back.

Just received my latest order and can’t compliment this company enough. I get the glucosamine with GLM for my pug cross dog. It’s improved his mobility massively since he injured his leg. I’ve ordered these for quite a while and have always received them in a couple of days.

To be honest the whole experience was awful. I ordered & paid and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. Nothing! I needed this urgently for my very poorly dog. I chased them & they told me to check the tracking, which I had already done several times. They then accepted something was wrong & promised to send a replacement. That day I was told it had shipped. The next day I was emailed by their team who apparently deal with 'failed orders' ... My god, how many do they have?! They are sending a replacement via Amazon courier & still we wait. I would have bought this elsewhere had I known what a joke it would be. Its just a pill applicator & meanwhile my poor little pal is not getting his much needed neds.
