Sadly let down and abandoned on my first experience with Custom Heat
Called Custom heat to help with my central heating fault. Engineer did come to assess the issue. charged 3 hours at near a hundred pounds an hour, where my cctv shows it was only 2.5 hours.
Fix was to be a pipe unblock, tank clean and flush system. But sales sent proposal of over a grand for system upgrade. When I declined and asked for the quote for job as assessed, i have clearly been dumped.
Clearly they are not prepared to fix the pipe blockage and clean the small tank as the engineer diagnosed.
so i am left paying an inflated call out, and now have to find an alternative company to repair my home central heating system.
The call-out engineer was great. But their sales or customer support was awful. So I cannot recommend Custom heat, sorry. 2 stars purely due to the engineer being a credit to that company.

Not what they used to be!
Not what they used to be.. last year they were really good, on the ball prompt etc this years boiler service waited in for 5 hours just to be told he wasn't coming very sorry and all that we will book you in for a first appointment between 9.00 & 10.00 in a weeks time, that day came we waited and no one turned up, i called and she said oh sorry but you have been put on an all day slot, someone will be with you between 12.00 and 5.00 … so again another day wasted .. the chap who came was very nice and did his job, but the company as a whole are not good with the admin.. so if you don't mind being messed around then this is the company for you!
