Ordered two pairs of pants 2 February 2024, they never arrived and I don’t think they will. Definitely a scam. Do not order anything from this company.

ordered briefs, they came and are not the size ordered, keep contacting support at cosyfest and get a bot who says oopps you contacted the financial side, support will help you , then of course you get ignored .
I am sure there is more than 1 way to sort this will be contacting my bank and getting them to charge back the money

Like many others ..I wish I had checked out reviews before ordering from this scam site.
Thought I was ordering from U.K. site but tracking originated in Boston USA…and ended in Birmingham U.K. goods did not arrive. Can only advise others to be less foolish than me …a scam website ..now advertising same goods under different name.

Don't buy from this company ifissue with item or want to return will not refund only partly and well under what you paid for items
Keep offering £1 or £3 refund
Plus meant 5 pairs but only got 2 pairs
Plus return them and still no refund
Trying too say returned too wrong address

Omg why did I not read the reviews. Order a dress thinking it was a UK company and when the tracking number came its coming from kansas.

I same as others ordered the5 plus get 5 free .Lucky I got 5 but paid I think was £25 been in contact about my free 5 no response I have not yet tried them out so I cannot say if any good or not shame on you cosy feet

I waited weeks for my order of 5 briefs get 5 free. When the parcel arrived it was only one pair. They are telling me thats what I ordered when I would never have paid the price for just one pair! Will never use them again and wish I had read all the reviews first. I also wouldnt have even given 1 star but I couldnt write the review without it

I too ordered the panties , buy 5 get 5 free. Received 1 pair after a very long wait. Complained offered £1 compensation!!!. Don’t get anywhere. Avoid this company. Scammers.

Ordered knickers and they simply haven’t turned up after waiting 7 weeks I’ve emailed them and they want me to press a link button ( hah) they are a scammer do not give them your money

What a nightmare of a company. I ordered underwear & after waiting numerous weeks for delivery I recieved cheap, poor quality, dirty looking horrible red colour. It didn't allow to choose colour & this colour was not shown in picture of colours available. Customer services is a joke. If you can get past the robot adviser who's favorite word is Gee like it's a stroppy teenager, the advisor then claims its too expensive for me to return it & offers £2.20 refund. After looking up postage costs, it isn't that much to return but you cannot get the return address off them. It states If you return it to the address on thier website you will get no refund at all. So they have you each & every way. I have dealt with some awful companies in my ex work career but this company wins hands down on every level. My advice do not waste your hard earned money.

Awful fit of 2 pairs of bras. One white Bra was sent in the wring size looked like it would fit a size A cup not 44DD the other 2 tan bras were of awful cheep material and didn't fit at all well.
Now having problems returning as no one will answer several emails I sent asking for a returns label and address to sent back to. It didn't even come with any order form inside or details of myself so even if I did return how would they know it was from me to do a refund. Bo telephone number either avoid at all costs. 1417S127314 order number.

Avoid at all costs, ordered 5 + 5 free briefs. Wrongly sized (even though I followed their size guide). Have demanded refund but seem to be ignoring my emails 🤔. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! SCAMMERS!!

AVOID! Nothing arrives. When you query delivery schedule you are sent to a terrible online system which only ever says the courier hasn’t updated the tracking and they will chase. No way to actually contact anyone. Disputed through my bank for a refund.

AVOID!!! Awful quality. Thin material. Last no time at all. Ordered 4 XL bras. Received all but only 2 almost fit! The other 2 were way too small. They refused to refund but eventually offered a very small refund. They said the warehouse had sent all in XL so I suggested they review their manufacturers sizing as they were extremely different sizes.

Ordered the buy 5 pairs get 5 free pants offer. Only received 5 pairs. In constant daily conversation . They are saying I didn’t enter the correct amount even tho I have a copy of my order with the discount showing. Have offered me a £3 refund. Told them I’m going to report them as scammers. Think I’ll just keep emailing for the fun now!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered, paid in full and never received my goods, customer care are useless they just keep sending same reply saying check with neighbours its been delivered.
I have done everything they said and still no parcel. Just going round in circles with them.

Yes they promise you buy one get one free and ask for more money when you query where your other product is.

Am still waiting for pants.scam ! Don’t buy from this company.

This is for Ladies pants
Scam for sure, say buy 5 get 5 free, but only 5 arrive after much waiting. When queried where are the other 5 told have to pay another £15!
