I created an account and need…

I created an account and need information because the phone numbers and prices aren't visible in the dashboard. I send messages early in the morning, around 8 or 9, and they don't reply until 4 or 5 pm. That means I have to wait all day for a two-minute explanation. Do they sleep until noon or what's wrong with them? Ah, now comes the excuse that they receive too much email and don't have time, even though they have three departments with 100 employees.
After reading what others have written, I'd better find another provider.

Be careful

I used their services for a month or so, stopped using it, then a month later I got a notice stating that my account had been suspended for misuse. There was literally no use. I requested an explanation, and they refused, which violates multiple EU laws and will result in fines once reported. Just bizarre behavior.

They are refusing to delete my account

They are refusing to delete my account. They are only disabling it and vaguely suggesting it's the same as deletion. Under European law they are required to delete your information when requested. They are not doing that.

Very scummy

Update: They sent me a link to a form that is asking the same info that is on the account that I want deleted. They had it ready to go but ignored me for a few weeks and only now sent it to me. They are just trying to the account but want to keep your info anyway. I'd stay far away from this company. No way to truly delete your account unless contacting the law enforcement.

We have used quite a few voip providers…

We have used quite a few voip providers in the past, but nothing compares to Commpeak's predictive dialer, it's definitely complex system, but efficiency is worth it. It works perfect for our contact center and my dialer manager Debbie is a real gold.
I do appreciate that Commpeak team is open to really customize the product to fit our needs
One star down as sometimes DID prices can be a bit high, but the call quality is very good. I do recommend doing business with them

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! I spent over 2 weeks trying to verify myself for did number, and you must wait for 5 days so they only check your ID, and of course after 5 days they will write you rejected, I tried it 4 times if not more and support says we dont know why it happens, I wonder what are they doing there if they cant even tell me the problem, one specialist told me I need to deposit so they verify me, all specialist tell different things and noone can tell me the actual reason, they only write me that your application was declined, detailed email was sent, you open email and there is nothing, the only thing they tell on email, the same message, your apllication was declined, support is 0, plattform doesnt work at all, dont waste time

Worst Voip Provider dont use !

I opened an account with them 9 days ago as a friend suggested it to me . the nightmare become. I needed to verify my phone number i tried and continusly told me failuer please contact support.I did they were asking if its virtual or physical number i assured them its physical this went back and forth until i send a screenshot of my contract with my local mobile phone provider Vodafone . After this they immdietly connected my personal phone number with the outbound number on voip which i didnt wanted as this is business and i dont want to share my personal number with every one my Sales team calls. I tried to order a DID from them they asked for documents of course i sent it to them. They declined proof of adress eventhough it was a offical state registration of adress because they wanted utility bill. I didnt have that because this business is an allias of a bigger company and all bills go to the main company water,electricity etc. I bought an external DID as they were taking to long to response . This is the point when i became an experiment rat . They had a problem with the system that every time i initiated a call from softphone (their softphone) i recieved 2 or more calls after i declined it .some times it came with no caller id sometimes with caller id . i contacted support and i opened more than 10 tickets for 5 days straight . they told me try it now we make an adjusment i tried not working. make a video of the isssue i did . talk with DID Provider i did they told me it voip system failuer not ours.after millions of different attempts that i swear i have more than 200 attempts . They didnt know what to say or do. Just wait . When i request the refund i still need to wait for the account team that comes to work sometime tomorrow so if you want a quck and reliable solution and to keep working dont chose them . if you want somebody to mess around and pass time they are a perfect fit . now i need to find another solution because they are totally worthless.

Excellent VoIP telephony

Not refunding me

Due to closed business we have stopped working with them and I requested a refund of my remaining balance. I received false promises and even after several months they are reading my messages but they are not refunding my balance which keeps on getting charged every month even though I am not using their services anymore.

this is the worst platform i ever used.

this is the worst platform i ever used.
they have problems with the voip with no end.
and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket.
i advice everyone not to use this platform its the worst.
the support of commonpeak is the worst in history
and the account manager just dont care about you .
i really think they are scammers

Always available customer support

Very helpful customer support, any time you need them. Cheap prices for US calls and DIDs.
pleasant UI. Some technical issues sometimes but attempts of customer support to help compensate for the discomfort of technical malfunctions. Overall, i like it. Keep it up.

Facing worst experience

Facing worst experience. No technical support. I cant forward calls. They are billing even without any service. Its 1 week gone and no solution of any single issue. I will edit my review if my setup works properly.
