Not happy with clearmatch or my agent l originally had a hom plan at the end of January l called and asked about changing up my plan to a ppo. After my primary dr said l needed a referral every time l want to see a dr. Courtney chose Anthem prime for me stating l would not need a referral. Come to find out, l still need a referral even for dr. Listed in my network!!! 2027 I will find another agency.
As of may 30th l would like to up date my review. I requested a dermatologist appointment, my dr has one in his office, but my plan is not excepted.
I had to get a referral from my dr to see a dermatologist, l received a letter today and my referral is only for a limited amount of time. Once again l do not recommend this Anthem blue cross plan / it's actually alpha care group.
I can't wait until open enrollment.

The information given by the licenced agent regarding the price of my medication was totally in accurate. what a sham. In addition having recieved my documention which then gave me acess to benifits I then discovered that I now have basic cover for dental and if I wanted coverage for say fillings ect I now have to pay 44 dollars a month really.

They went over and beyond to help me with a medical plan to meet my needs. And was there afterwards to answer my questions.

Kareem was patient when I asked the same question over & over; "so you're sure all these great things that will improve my life are FREE?".. yes he said..again..he was knowledgeable about all aspects of United Health & spoke slowly so I could write everything down..most importantly, he answered questions that I'd not even thought to ask..I was hit by a car & had a head injury..hence my situation..I've had instances where the person on the phone with me..be it a medical situation or just making an appointment for car service..become impatient with me because I do repeat myself & can be goofy or vague..Kareem is perfect at his job..thank you
