I’m still waiting on my order and no one has returned my call or email in a week. Very disappointed and wondering if this company is legit or a scam.

Missing king: found!
Instead of a complete set of pieces, there were 2 white queens and the white king was missing in the set I purchased as a Christmas gift. I received a quick emailed response from the company after I emailed them about this and they sent out a replacement king piece and even offered a partial refund for my inconvenience. My son-in-law was very pleased with the set overall.

Part of order missing
I ordered a chess set for Father’s Day. Paid for rush shipping. The chess pieces came, however, the board did not. When I called they guy said he would check on it and call me back. After no call back I emailed the support email and got a message saying there is no such email. Extremely disappointed and would not advise this company or whatever it is. For $250 I expect better.
