Just what I was looking for

I was in the process of designing and making wooden 4 and 3 player boards with thoughts of presenting them as gifts to friends that I enjoyed playing with. When just as my design was getting finalized, I found this company's version online. It's a little smaller than I expected, however purchasing gifts will be less effort than building them. Not as much personal pride but acceptable.

Stop using USPS!

I am not happy you shipped my item via USPS - they absolutely suck! I still don’t have my item and it appears as if USPS lost it. USPS told me to wait another 10 days before they would agree the item was lost. This was supposed to be a Father’d Day gift for my dad but I’ll be retuning it as soon as I get it.

Beautiful experience and pieces

The Ohme pieces delivered were just as described. They are perfectly finished and proportioned, were carefully package, and speedily delivered. Two burlap drawstring bags for the pieces were included which i greatly appreciate. Ordering was easy and communication with Chessnboards was consistent and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Beautiful Checkers Board

The carrier experienced a delay in the shipment. However, I received my order and the checkers board is beautifully crafted. Randy took care of all issues. Thanks to him for his responses. A happy ending!

Fantastic customer service

Randy was extremely helpful and courteous. He took the time to walk me through the website to find exactly what we were looking for. Chess n boards, by far, had the most unique chess pieces out there. I'd definitely recommend them.

I ordered the blue and silver pieces

I ordered the blue and silver pieces. These are clearly not blue. The are a dark bronze. I got the blue because it matches my living room. The brown ones don’t go with anything in the room and are just simply not what I ordered.

I purchased the American Ruffian chess…

I purchased the American Ruffian chess pieces. I was amazed by the craftsmanship and the fact that you can't even tell there's any felt on the bottom of the pieces. This is one of those companies you need to keep your eye on when you are researching chess pieces.
