Seeing my struggles to finding it on the mobile website; Kath, instantly recalled the item and whereabouts of it's storage, from the description. Do not get sucked into cash converters high interest loans, their late fees and a monthly fees you will be paying much more than you would expected to. Not to mention the high fee to set up loan contract all designed to keep taking your money. Wouldn't recommend cash converters to a used car salesman.

I brought a Tag Heuer day -date link caliber 16 from Brian the manager at bondi junction cash converters In May of 2020 Now this dated July of 2019 look in the screenshot you see the Day - Date still isn’t working properly when put his valuation price my watch came with 90 days warranty the same day i brought it I went straight to the Tag Heuer shop in Pitt st mall the manager there informed me that my Tag is broken, the Day-Date wasn’t turning over at the same time I then called the manager at cash converters I told they quoted me in between $600-$800 Brian said no way but I know that I didn’t know then but I know now that I was missed quoted by the Tag Heuer store in May 2022 he told me that he will send my watch to Constantine Jewellery Designs to get repaired because Brian ,,because Constantine does all cash converters repairs and service on watches and jewelry I got the watch back Constantine and not even 1 month later it was broken again it wasn’t working properly Constantine couldn’t fix it Then in early February 2020 after I found out from the manager at Burwood cash converters he told me that all watches and jewelry have a lifetime guarantee which he was correct because if you look on gumtree you’ll will see on cash converter policy on all Tag Heuer comes with a lifetime guarantee So I call Bondi store and told them I just a bike accident and want be able to get to the shop until I can to walk properly so in around September or October I called the Bondi store to give them a update about my motorcycle accident in December that’s 11 months later I took my watch back into the Bondi store now if my lifetime guarantee wasn’t valid then when did the Brian manager again sent it to Constantine for the second time the manager had a good 11 months and 3 phones calls to notify me if this was incorrect then why did the bloke I spoke to on phone his name was John also told me back in February and the other to phone calls I made told me don’t worry you will not have to pay anything for the repairs as your watch is under lifetime guarantee You can guess what happened that’s right not only couldn’t Constantine fix my watch properly it didn’t even last 1 day this is my question would any of uses take your watch back to Constantine jewelers for the third time even after Constantine could not fix it properly the first 2 times now in February 2023 I have now given my watch to Tag Heuer service team and they told me that they have to replace lots of things This is what don’t understand if Constantine just did a service and repaired on my watch in December 2022 that not even 2 months ago then why does the Tag Heuer service team have to replace and do all this work if Constantine did a proper service and repairs then tag Heuer service team wouldn’t replacing what’s on the list below How stupid are cash converters they told me their lifetime guarantee is only the product The only person able to give any guarantee on my Tag Heuer is the manufacturer themselves of Tag Heuer watches and cash converter aren’t the manufacturer of my tag Heuer but cash converter will except Constantine jewelry 12 months guarantee because that cash converter watch repairs bloke but want except their own lifetime guarantee policy how Ridiculous is that my lifetime guarantee was acceptable by cash converter

Lincoln branch, cash converters, just terrible customer services, ridiculous prices if you want to put something under loan or sell it, the team who works there doesn't respect customers at all bad attitude, and not professional attitude all. I wanted to put a smart tv under loan wich costed to me 1500£ one year ago, and they offer me 120£ for it they said there is a Blaupunkt TV behind me, where is different between them, the Blaupunkt you could buy in tesco brand new for 400£ and Sony bravia 55inch cost 1500£ and they don't had different. If I could rate with -0 I would don't find words how terrible service there are! Avoid them they scamm, and don't respect you at all!

Just wanted to give a big shout out for John at cash converters on church street Blackpool. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a few items from tread mill to an i pad. He tested the goods and was able to answer all our questions. Thank you John and the Blackpool team it was a pleasure 👌👍

These guys are scumbags and prey on venerable people and exploit them. I borrowed some money and put my camera and lens as security at Dandenong cash converters. I owed them roughly $2000 including the interest on my loan. when I went back to pay off my loan and pick up my camera they told me they sold my camera. I was so angry because my camera was brand new and the whole setup worth was around $5000. I asked them how much they sold it for and they said $2800 so I asked them to pay me $800 since I only owed them $2000, They said the rest went into admin fees and I was entitled to nothing. $800 for admin fees? So I made a formal complaint and they responded with the same thing. These guys are so corrupt and have taken so many innocent people's money that they have turned into monsters and they have a no one can touch us attitude when you talk to them. I have made a complaint to AFCA to take back what I'm entitled and sue them for holding my money and probably charge them the same interest rate as they do on the money they are holding from me. I encourage anyone with similar situation as me to do the same thing and not give up, you could be owed hundreds or thousands! This is Australia, this country has laws and regulations and no one is above it!

The goods on show now had not been wiped tvs, radios electrical equipment, exceptionally dirty!!! also shelves.

Kayla assisted with quick response to a query followed by support on pricing on a product and a friendly attitude throughout.

After assisting me with quick response to my overnight enquiry and pricing support on an item, Anton additionally packaged both items purchased into one consignment to save me on postage cost and then, to my amazement, called me to make me aware that because the original box of one of the products could not be found, he had made sure to find another box of same item type to package the order securely and then provided me with consignment details to be bale to track and finished by making me aware of warranty period and steps to take for any issues ....

This is example of better service than I sometimes see from floor attendants in shopping centre retail stores

Cash converters (Castleford) does not ask for ownership of goods before buying from customers. I work 12hrs days and sometimes when i get home mine and my daughter's things are gone. I spoke to the manager in person once, asking her not to accept goods from someone as they belong to me, she not just spoke down to me but also patronized me and at some point I felt like she was making fun of me. She could for example take my number to maybe ring me when the person comes in with more stuff but instead she made me feel like nothing..I hope her karma comes to her pretty soon. I now think cash converters is the place for addicts to take things in..and no one cares about other people misfortune. Took me a while to write this review but I definitely think it was needed. I hope that manager gets fired as I doubt she has any training whatsoever in how to be a manager or how to treat people.

Bought a VR headset... £400 they stole from me! Can't change its red light to green AND THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN!!
