Recently bought two different tools from different stores online. First one arrived very speedily, second one delayed a bit but well worth the wait. Customer services are very helpful and speedy to respond to queries. Would not hesitate to buy online from them again.

Always look after me with a great deal! Give them a try if you need anything electrical.

I ordered online an Xbox one game in September from the Burton On Trent store and unfortunately it got lost in the post.
I contacted cash converters via E Mail through the website explaining that I had not received the item.

Within 10 minutes I received an E Mail from Terry the manager of the Burton On Trent store who apologised and offered either to send out another copy of the game or a full refund.
I replied to his E Mail and asked him to send me a replacement of the game.

Three days later it arrived as promised.Terry has mastered the Art of Great customer service by doing the following 4 things.

1: Always acknowledge a customer complaint promptly.
2:Apologise for the mistake.
3:Offer an acceptable resolution to the problem.
4:Make sure that you do what you say that you will do.

In conclusion the matter was resolved to my satisfaction and in my opinion Terry is a credit to the company.

Bought a sewing machine from an online auction then picked it up from the Linwood store. Took it home but couldn’t use it as a vital part was missing and not in the machine compartment either.
I messaged them same day and was told it was as per picture even though they couldn’t even test it themselves without that part. The warranty is useless even though the machine doesn’t even work and they didn’t advertise this information before sale.

My wife and son visited Cash Converter Meadowdale to get a phone for my son Huawei P40 which was advertised online by the store, I could have ordered it online but my wife insisted on visiting the store to view the phone, to her greatest surprise, the phone being displayed online has pornographic images and videos from previous owner and the store is actually trying to sell the phone like that. Imagine buying the phone online and directly giving it to our young son without properly going through the phone.

I used cash converters for buy back which secures a money loan on a personal item..this gives the opportunity to buy the item back with in a money plus paying interest for the loan amount.. there is another month extension available if needed.. I found the service great.. the customer Assistants in the Ipswich store are all wonderful...the Assistant who served me called Darren was a very helpful person and made me feel so comfortable using this service ..I would recommend this device if needing short term cash.. thankyou Darren and all the Staff for all being so approachable...From a satisfied customer

I had heard from others that they are big rip offs.

I took an 18ct gold diamond ring to see what they offer for it.

Prior to going there, I took it to a different pawn broker who gave me an estimate of $950.00 and a jewellery shop in an around the same area who said he would purchase the gold for $750.00 but did not want the diamonds. The diamonds were from my grandmothers ring from England and the ring set in Australia.

I have had the ring valued by a reputable jeweller and have a valuation at $3,500.00. It has a larger diamond in the centre with 2 smaller diamonds on each shoulder. I didn't want to sell it but merely wanted to see whether what I was told by others was true.

The first man looked at it for about 2 - 3 minutes with, I assumed was the manager (very arrogant and rude) looking over his shoulder. Then the other (manager??) took another few minutes with it then spent another few minutes on the computer and came back to me saying "it is only worth $300.00 to me". When I told him I was offered $950.00 by another pawn broker He said "then go there!".
I also have been offered to sell the gold, not the diamond for $750.00 to a jeweller.

Also, in his window there is a ring similar but only 1 much smaller diamond and 9ct which was priced much higher than what he offered me.

He must have thought me being a woman I could be easily swayed into selling.

Go figure.

Will not go back there at all and will not refer nor recommend.

Just made a purchase which was for 53.72 on the price tag, with a further 30% to come off. Paid for the item then realised that they had not taken enough off the item (30%). Took the item back and was told that on the system it conesvup as $60 not 53 so they gave ne a full refund, which i didnt want. I was then told that if i still wanted the item i would have to pay the price it says on there system not whats on the price tag. Not sure if this us legal but was not impressed so didnt buy it, went around the corner to pennywise and bought one there insteD. Will notbe going to anpther cSh converors, utter joke.

Can only speak for the widnes branch, but the service and great attitude was outstanding.
Yeah had a few issues on delivery of an Xbox, but that was really the courier's fault. The support and understanding from the widnes team made the difference.
Great guys and great service, I highly recommend them.

The Staff all have great energy. They should get paid extra because they also give therapy to their customer. I've seen and experienced it. They are all very understanibng, helpful and friendly. I believe they have a great understanding of the community and the people in it.Great team of people. Lloyd, Sammy Valentina have all been great help. Appreciate the customer service.

Cash converters Walworth Rd should be called cash scammers went to extend a ticket for just 3 days telling me that u can't do this u have to pay for the hole mouth robbing dirty thifes

Item not as advertised. I asked to send it back but nothing from store untill I contacted main customer service. Then got apology and was told I would get postage to return item back paid for but various emails and two weeks later nothing. Have no phone and for that it has cost me £5. I used to work for this company my team was great apart from the management wrongly sack their hard working team for peanuts and bully staff and get rid of them cos they don’t personally like them which is by far professional and de grading and make their staff feel unwelcome and not feel welcome and put there family’s at risk of homelessness it’s truly fair to say 1. You don’t give a damn about your employees and if they don’t like you it clearly shows I wanted to speak my mind to management and they firstly do not care if this happens all they care about this profit at 50% after selling second hand good for brand new value which is wrong 2. That’s not passion at all I’m fully going to trading standards and getting the new manager struck off for good as she’s a pure nasty bully and only likes to be benighted by people who are of use to her half of the goods are faulty broken and not worth the value at all area 4 3rd of all passion don’t come with getting sacked for nothing and forcing onest customers for a 2 or 5 pound fees to customers to make them stay in store the forced reviews so your actually giving away company money 💰 must have loads to throw away so good on ya keep up the hard work and don’t give you official notice not even a day and by law states the minimum is a week or by the end of the paying months manors cost nothing clearly have to pay them 2 pound for that as well good day stay away from here a good business don’t need to force people todo things if it was 5 star service you’d automatically feel the need todo it
