I always purchase my washing powder, spray cleaning products and washing up detergent and l am very happy with them. I think l have buying them for the last 4 years with no problems with packaging, postage or delivery.

Purchased Banksia, Nerolina & Lavender body wash. Product lovely, packaging absolute rubbish. First bottle returned as I couldn't open it, replaced by Coles, 2nd bottle plunger stays down, hopeless trying to use, so frustrating that a good product is packaged in defective packaging.
Won't buy again

Just purchased Bosistos dishwasher capsules from woolies as I couldn't stand the smell and taste that the leading brands were leaving on my dishes and glasses. I had even tried natural brands of powder but they left my glass cloudy. After one wash I can definitely say it was well worth the price. I bought the 48 pack for $40, yeah probably a little pricey but I thought its a month worth, I've tried everything else and I just want a product that is non toxic, doesn't give me a head ache and actually washes the dishes. So impressed and will be buying these from now on.

I have been buying from bosistos (fbg) for years and cannot speak highly enough of them. From the customer service if you call, to the ease of the website for online orders, to delivery time. Excellent all round. Their products are top notch, and i won't use anything else. Recently I tried their dishwashing tablets, and my dishwasher had never smelled cleaner or been cleaner. For clothes washing, hand washing, home washing, it's bosistos all the way. I just love their eucalyptus spray for my mattress when I change the sheets, it deodorises and sanitises at the same time - winning!! Cannot recommend their products & customer service enough.

Lovely smelling blended oils but had destroyed my diffuser. The residue is like glue and I now cannot open my diffuser to try and clean the gunk out of it.

I waited for a parcel. No despatch email was sent. Their chat line was responsive but when I still hadn't received the parcel after 3 weeks they said they would look into it. When I went back onto tracking the next day the parcel had been marked RTS (return to sender)! I then called the transport company who said they had no record of any correspondence after a failed delivery to a wrong address (clearly a courier mistake). Each blamed the other but now the parcel is going back from WA to Vic. At no time was there any corresponce with me from either the company or the courier.
When I said I'd have a refund they said I had to wait until the parcel was returned and processed before they would refund! Clearly I do not have my product. I decided to try again with delivery. What a mess.

BUYER BEWARE - Had been using this company to deliver products for 6 years without requiring a signature and they used reputable and delivery drivers that tried to knock and deliver before placing goods. They also had the decency to place goods out of vision of the street if you were not home - until now. DIRECT FREIGHT don’t knock and left flammable goods in direct sunlight in line of street and my parcel was stolen. Company said too bad you said ATL and didn’t stipulate to put at door. Very disappointing and will never use again. Aussie companies ruining each other

Great product, only buy on sale, but allow 2+ weeks to receive it . During sales can take 10 days to even be dispatched and then however long for delivery company to deliver.

Not sure what the product is like yet as it's taken me days of trying to open the ridiculously stubborn plunger. The arrow direction is too small to see and even a visitor couldn't open.
Seriously, PLEASE consider the supplier of your plunger as it is not suitable for many folk.
ps After days (yes, literally) I have only just managed to have it pop up.

Love Bosistos oils - but am reluctant to apply cleaners to oil stained stone. Many cleaning options warn against using different cleaners (acidic? alkaline?) in case there is a reaction… what pH are the eucalypt ingredients of Bosistos cleaners?

I purchased a diffuser a couple of months ago and have used it a handful of times as it is in a room that is rarely used. It was difficult to get the lid off to start and then after a few goes the lid would not come off at all! I sent an email to the company letting them know the situation with their unit. I was told to send the serial number and video which I did. I got a response saying that it was my fault and goodbye. What happened to the days when companies took responsibility for their goods? Crap product appalling response from company… will not be using their products ever again!

I purchased a Harmony oil diffuser. It is not an easy to use design- Gorilla size hands and dexterity are needed to remove the top and the plug in is in a difficult place to access.

It has recently become available but
has anyone had any clothes discoloured by this product

I bought the Bathroom Shower Cleaner and have had nothing but trouble with the sprayer on bottle, every time I use it I am lucky to get two sprays before the trigger gets stuck and I can't release it for ages. Not complaining with liquid, but I am just frustrated now.

Bosisto's Multipurpose spray is a brilliant product - I feel save using it regularly around the house with my 1 year old. I had an issue with the trigger for two of the bottles that I purchased, but I sent an email to Bosisto's customer service and they sent me replacement triggers quickly by post which fixed the issue.

This is the best laundry detergent I've found. In particular, it does the best job of getting rid of underarm smell of any detergent I've used. It doesn't leave any perfume on the clothes, either. Very happy.

I purchased the shower and bathroom spray and am very disappointed that it does not remove mould in spite of daily spraying and scrubbing. I bought it because it claims to remove mould using natural ingredients as well as cleaning and antibacterial. I might just go back to bleach, it's more effective and cheaper.

I have been using Bosisto's cleaning products for the last two years continually, I always love the smell it leaves in the home and how it smells fresh and clean. It is very economical and I find it removes the toughest of stains. I have recently purchased their hand wash and having very sensitive skin I find it is very gentle on my skin and it smells really good

Always use the sprays and oil, now more than ever. Have just tried the lavender hand wash, fantastic.

I love Bathroom Shower cleaner and I use this product year and years but the spray trigger is the brake easily. The previous bottle didn't have that issue at all.
