For over two weeks now I have been waiting on my refund, since I send the product back after not even opened it. But they have not paid me my money back yet. Very many mail letters and still nothing happens. Ihave sent it back to them with an extra cost to get it safe and I have provided with the receipt to them, but still no money back to me. 7500 Swedish crowns is a lot of money to be waiting so long time for. I am being stressad over this.

Update: they finally sent me the pads I had ordered.

I placed an order for the gel pads
I placed an order for the gel pads. My initial order did not go through due to a technical issue, but it showed I purchased them on my end. I contacted Bionic Gym to let them know I ordered the gel pads and I also paid for them.
Bionic Gym is awesome they immediately resolved the issue and added an extra gel pads pack.
Bionic Gym is a trust worthy company. I bought my Bionic Gym back in 2020. I have been very happy with my purchase.

Customer service is fantastic!
I bought the bionic gym when it first came out. Then I only sporadically used it (my fault). When I went to pick it back up there were issues with its functionality. I reached out to customer service to see if I could receive a discount on a new one as an original owner. They provided me a suitable compromise and I received the new unit. I began using it immediately and have been using it for a week. The Velcro on the one leg began separating from the leg harness. Customer service immediately hooked me up with a replacement. Can’t wait to see results.

Great company, great product
I have been following BionicGym since their indiegogo campaign many years ago when I got my first kit. Have talked with a number of their folks over the years as well. Always great service, they care as much about their product as they do the customer. The product really works too, I get a little sweat while watching TV a couple times a week. It's great.

I bought this product early on through Kickstarter, and it's hands-down the best thing I ever bought through them!
Its cutting-edge EMS technology delivers a legit workout from my couch, burning 400-500 calories per session. Perfect for my busy schedule, it’s low-impact and very joint-friendly. Operating a wellness & weight loss practice for the past 28 years, I have seen lots of “trends” come in go, but this is based in science and is here to stay!

Early days but feeling very hopeful
Well to be fair I’ve only been using the product for a week so too early for results but I feel very hopeful that they will be good.
But it is easy enough to use, and great because I can still do other stuff whether it’s housework or watching TV, etc.
Instructions are very good and customer service phenomenal. Definitely recommend.

I have to give BionicGym a truthful…
I have to give BionicGym a truthful review. This is my favorite way to burn calories. I can do this standing up or sitting down. Higher intensity standing up. Lower intensity sitting down. Sitting down I use this while working on my computer. Standing I watch something on the television. I like putting on a concert video and dance a little bit to get my heart rate up. I have friends that use GLP 1s. They work, but both of my friends have had health issues as a result of using those. Also my insurance will only cover a small portion of the cost without a doctor's recommendation due to a health issue. If I was to use a GLP 1 with my insurance. It would cost me $600 a month for the prescription. BionicGym is a lot less expensive when you add it all up.

Ordered two weeks no delivery recieved. Attempts to follow up have been in vain. Christmas and no device.
After my post the Bionic team engaged and sorted me out. Now been using for a week and looking forward to seeing if it does what it says on the tin.

Shaking my way to Better Fitness!
When I saw an advertisement for the BionicGym, I knew it would be a perfect way for me to get my cardio in while working at home at my desk, and I was correct!! I've been using BionicGym for 9 months, 5 days a week for 4 hours or until I've burned 1000 calories! I love the different workouts that are offered, and I know that it's helping my cardiovascular health. I feel so energized during & after my workouts, and also wear it while cleaning my home to really get my heart rate up so I can get a good sweat! A couple of months ago I was having a wiring issue that kept stopping the device, which is a safety feature. I sent an email to customer support and received an email back the very next day! A friendly & knowledgeable representative named Doha and the rest of the support team listened to what was going on and worked together to figure out what the wiring issue problem was so I could get back to working out!! I could not be happier with my purchase, and I even was able to use funds from my FSA account to pay for it! Thank you Doha & the rest of the support team, and to Dr. Louis Crowe, for inventing such an amazing, unique exercise product!!! I highly recommend BionicGym!!

Short lifespan faulty devise
The devise worked good for maybe two weeks. If your knee to you're thigh, is short.Device is hard to put on and won't fit like instructions. Support is AI. Then I was told to take a Pic. of it on me. You have to pretty much undress to put it on. Live Support asked for Pic. I sent and no response. I'm retired and can't afford to throughout this kind of money away. I do not recommend this device.
