I received the artwork I ordered from France in perfect condition. The artist, Elena Mashajeva-Argraphiotis, send me an email when she shipped the art. I received an email from her requesting that I confirm with her that I received it, so I did.
It arrived when they said it should.
The images they have of the painting online are very good. In my opinion, it looks significantly better in "real life" because the online image can't capture the rich hues in the colors nor the depth in the actual artwork.

Professional Advisory: Structural Material Failure & Defamatory Conduct — Ewa Czarniecka
As a BA/MA Fine Art graduate, I am reporting a critical structural failure in a work by Ewa Czarniecka. The artwork is mounted on low-grade finger-jointed timber, which has resulted in a permanent propeller warp. The piece does not lie flat against the wall, rendering it unfit for professional display.
Furthermore, the frame was delivered without stretcher keys. While the artist offered 'replacements,' these are technically useless for correcting a timber twist. To avoid accountability for these inferior materials, the artist has blocked communication and issued defamatory claims of 'harassment' against my professional character.
While the aesthetic of the art may be acceptable, the structural stewardship is student-grade at best. Galleries and serious collectors should be aware that these works may suffer from long-term instability due to substandard substrate choices.
UPDATE: Artfinder states they cannot find the order because the purchase was made through Catawiki (Order 48581521), where this artist also operates. However, as an Artfinder artist, her use of substandard, finger-jointed timber and her subsequent defamatory conduct reflects directly on the professional standards of this platform. I have already emailed your support team with photographic evidence of the structural failure. I expect Artfinder to hold its artists to the professional material standards you advertise.
