Sam and the team at Arbour could not have been more helpful with my move in. They went above and beyond to help me, I can't thank them enough. My apartment is stunning. I am incredibly happy to be here and Arbour really does have a community and support.

Our school have moved from Sims and class charts to Arbor and we all hate it. It is very difficult to use. Simple tasks that could be done quickly now take twice as long. The kids and parents hate it too! Just awful. It's making staff miserable as none of us know how to use it and not one person in school can provide adequate training as nobody seems to be able to use it properly!

I HATE this website.... I think the fact that they specifically tell you that under no circumstances are you to contact them but rather go through the school pretty much says it all.

I have literally spent nights awake crying at the mess this company has put me in. There is nothing in my invoice box because I have paid my childcare bill.... There is no record anywhere on the site that I even had a childcare bill it just says a balance of £0 but it means I can't now claim back my childcare costs because although I have proof I paid them I have no proof that I needed to. Surely this company should be trying to save schools work but now I must request the school admin to create me a document saying that I owed this money in the first place. What is the actual point of them.

The website and app is ridiculously user unfriendly, I kind of stumble across things by accident.

As so many other reviews have stated, if I could give minus stars, I would.

Useless. I really wish my kids school didn't use this app. Absolutely rubbish. Doesn't work half the time and very poor design.

Truly awfully application. There is no way to contact teachers, the web version just doesn't work, and the navigation is absolutely appalling. There is no way this was properly tested before it was released otherwise these basic tasks would have been picked up. Possibly the worst application I have ever had to (try) to use. I would emphasise "try" as it cannot be used for anything of any actual use!

I would like to strongly encourage parents of kids who attend all schools which seemingly get trained by Arbor education to collectively create parent portal account log in whilst using parent’s personal data (email address) without parent’s consent, to read carefully the terms of use (which you are effectively forced to agree if you do not want to be labeled that complaining parent). Arbor might use AI tools to process your child’s personal and special category data. Additionally, I have reported them to ICO as their privacy policy assumed automatic right to use above data to create marketing profile for you and also to track your online activities, just shocking.

It's not as clear to navigate as it is on Edulink. With 3 children at the same school it's a nightmare to use

i couldn't see my positves and don't know how to navigate it as well the teachers can't use it.

Arbor really is just shocking. Why on earth both my kids schools changed from ParentPay, which was a great app that just worked as it should, to Arbor, possibly THE most poorly designed App I have ever come across. My son forgot his lunchbox so I am trying to add money to his food account but there is no option anywhere. That was on the app, and apps tend to have less options than desktop, so I logged in on my PC but no, there is no option for anything. Absolute C R A P.

Trying to log onto arbor during summer holidays, found out from my mate that timetables have dropped. My password for arbor won’t work even though it’s the same password for everything else and everything else lets me log onto it, so I click change password because I might have got it wrong. I log onto my email(with the same password) and there isn’t an email. I leave it a bit because they might not have sent it yet, but I check in 10 minutes and there still hasn’t been an email. I keep clicking it and I’ve got the right email but it’s not even sending the change password emails anymore??? So I can’t change my password or find out about my timetable. Not to mention the fact that the student arbor has much less than the parent arbor, like how many demerits you’ve got doesn’t show up on student arbor, it only shows up on parent arbor. On the student arbor it shows up as “behaviour points” which dont really mean anything when you don’t know whether you’ve got 8 merits or demerits.

Terrible app.
All the information is jumbled.
Homework that can’t be marked as submitted so you are left with a long list which you have to scroll through just to find work that needs doing probably a lot of pupils missing what they should be doing.
Bring back pen, paper and planners.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS APP!! I cannot believe that schools sign up to use it! Arbor DO NOT ACT on feedback. I have never used such an archaic app in my life. Anyone thinking of using this for their school.... RUN! Arbor will read this and then do nothing but continue to promote an app that is more complicated than Teletext... Even the app store has a low score and they don't respond they just keep going! Where did the developers train???? Lol

Not worthy of a 1 star. So time consuming and clunky. It makes a simple task that could be done on SIMs in minutes, very very long winded. I always try and find positives but I'm unable to find a single one using this system which I class as unfit for purpose. It definitely does not make administration easier!!

The website and app are flawed. Outdated design, almost zero functionality and clunky to boot. I had an issue. Arbor refused to even look into it, citing that the school needs to sort it out. The app and website (and therefore the massive errors within it) belong to Arbor. If you kid's school gets hooked up with this mess of a company then I really feel for you. It's awful and you'd be better off getting your school info by carrier pigeon...

Do you have to give 1 star? Interface is not intuitive, the app is poorly structured, for some reason the password doesn’t seem to get saved, you reset your password and it opens a web browser which doesn’t seem to link password to the app. The school my daughters go to used class charts, this wasn’t the best app but it is infinitely better than this arbor crap.
