Definitely recommend them

We have been using ASC for almost two year now. They have a wonderful staff that is always helpful. Our phones are answered and messages are sent to us with the person's name, call back number, and the person's message. I would definitely recommend them if you need help answering your business phone. We mostly use them for after-hours and weekends. I will say some agents are better than others, but that's normal.

We are constantly having issue with not…

We are constantly having issue with not getting calls, not calling the proper phone number to dispatcher and not following protocols.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THERE IS NO TRANSPARECY AT ALL AND THE SYSTEM THAT THEY USE IS NOT TRANSPARENT. BILLING IS NOT CORRECT AND THE CUSTOMER IS FORCED TO TRUST THAT THEY ARE NOT BILLING YOU FOR ROBO CALLS OR SLOW LONG WINDED AGENTS THAT TAKE THERE TIME ( AT A NOT TO CHEAP RATE) HANDLING YOUR CALLS.
NO OPTION TO LISTEN TO YOUR MESAGES ( TO CONFIRM THE CALL)
SALES DOES A HORRIBLE JOB OF EDUCATING THE CUSTOMER AND AS A RESULT THEY ARE NOT TO KEEN ON FOLLOW UP AFTER THEY DUPE YOU INTO AN AGREEMENT THAT HAS A LOT OF LOOP HOLES FOR THEM TO BILL AS THEY PLEASE AND VERY LITTLE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT IS SAID AND OR PROMISED.

We do have an in depth online portal that provides you with options to view and listen to messages, view detailed call records, pay your bill, visibility to your scripting and call handling along with many other features to ensure you have control and clarity over every aspect of your account in real time.

When we spoke early last month you were happy with the service after a few initial adjustments, I was surprised to see your request to cancel services. I know you were not open to discussing the matter when I reached out, but I want to extend the offer again to clear up any concerns you have. It's disappointing to hear your frustration and see the sentiment towards our relationship take a turn. Glorified Voicemail

You are an answering service, However you don't answer the phone. It goes to a machine and then when they pick up the call they are half asleep or just uninterested in speaking with our Clients. I am looking into maybe better services for my answering needs. I'm not sure how I feel about what I hear.
