The absolute worst browser I have ever had the misfortune of using.

mi spiace ma non si sono dimostrati ne corretti ne seri, giusto per non offendere, in quattro e quattr'otto riducono lo spazio di archiviazione di solo il 98% (da 1Tb a 15Gb) con la scusa della modifica unilaterale del contratto, sperando che qualche disperato paghi lo spazio aggiuntivo per non perdere i propri dati... Per quanto mi riguarda possono andare a zappare la terra, questo non é il loro lavoro, statene alla larga!!!! A sto punto meglio Google o Microsoft che da sempre offrono poco spazio... Più coerenti almeno

Une horreur, si vous avez le malheur de changer votre numéro de téléphone vous ne pourrez plus jamais vous connecter sur votre compte. Voilà mon cas, merci Yahoo, je perds tous mes mails, mon espace de travail, mes colis vinted.
Bien sur, il n y'a pas de solutions afin de changer le numéro, pas de mail, le site est complètement nul, et si vous avez le malheur d'appeler vous tomberez sur une IA canadienne qui vous demandera votre passport.

I used to enjoy leaving posts on Yahoo, but I've left very few posts on their site since they changed to the new system which is a total waste of my time. I have two master's degree and love to share my opinions, but Yahoo will reject well written articles for frivolous reasons. They present topics and then discourage elaboration on those topics. Actually, you can't espouse certain political points of view even if those views are presented in a manner that comports with their own community standards.

Mia madre si è ritrovata dopo 16 anni senza una mail perché? Il perché non si sa. Semplicemente, qualche maledetto (per non dire altro) si è svegliato una mattina con l’idea di bloccarle l’account e di conseguenza tutti i contatti fondamentali (banca, ricette mediche, ecc). Voi penserete che dovrei contattare l’assistenza clienti. Beh, inutile dire che è inesistente. Impossibile parlare con un operatore e non esiste nessuna mail del servizio clienti. L’ingegnere informatico di yahoo ha probabilmente preso la laurea con i punti dell’eurospin perché quando provo ad inserire la password corretta mi dice sotto in rosso che “non è valida” che poi che vuol dire? Chi giudica se la password è valida o no? Al massimo avrei dovuto leggere “non corretta”. Ma ritorniamo al punto. Indovinate un po’? Se provo a cliccare su “password dimenticata” mi manda una mail con un codice per resettare la password. MA SE VOI INTELLIGENTONI MI ELIMINATE L’ACCOUNT E NON MI FATE RICEVERE EMAIL DI NESSUN TIPO DA UN MESE IO COME LA LEGGO L’E-MAIL DI RECUPERO?

Everyone was so nice from the start to finish. I had a good talk with Joshua there were 2 new employees and they were awesome. They came and went over everything with me and that was awesome. I asked if they could check my rear wiper I thought it needed to be changed. They came to me and said that it was fine as well as my front wipers. Any other place would had said yes you need that wiper but not these guys. That’s why they have my business as well as my husband’s car. Good people. If you other locations were as good as this one then that’s awesome cause that’s what will bring the customers back. I hope they get recognized for a awesome job today.

Latest update is slower and far less user friendly. Do they not test at all? I don't want my email sorted automatically and folder configuration keeps getting harder and harder. Stop breaking things that work.

One more reason to look at other platforms.

Direi schifata è poco. Hanno bloccato tutto e non riesci a recuperare in nessun modo le email. Servizio clienti inesistente. Dovrebbero multare queste società che non danno il servizio che pubblicizzano oltre a perdere email importanti!

Do NOT use Yahoo email I’m telling you because it is the most frustrating website I have ever used for emails, I can’t even access it anymore and when I do ask for help It keeps on telling me that a Yahoo specialist isn’t available like cmon? Just don’t have customer service at all if you work like this. Absolute garbage website, at this point just use Gmail.com it’s better in my opinion.

Yahoo went wrong about 5 years ago. When they removed my email forwarding, and replaced it with the premium plan. I didn't want to use Yahoo after that, but I was forced to log in. Normally they would accept my password. I would enter my username, then my password, and it would just log me in. But then they started doing things. Things that I have not consented to, and that I find intrusive. Such as constantly sending a code to my recovery email, just to verify it's me. The only problem? I have not enabled two-factor authentication. I attempted to contact support about the problem, only for support to tell me to face scan. I'm not giving this scheming company any PII ever. When this company decides to accept my password for what it is, my password, then I will consider giving them more stars. At this point I cannot recommend Yahoo to anyone. Who would? They tell you to set up a password, then it's not enough. I even attempted to generate this as an idea on Yahoo suggestions or something like that, and they deleted it. So clearly this is a constant issue.

I would give zero but need to leave a comment. The adverts in the middle of my email list was already annoying enough, now you get slowed down by streaks popping up every day. As if anyone wants to celebrate having to check emails every day. It's ridiculous. I'm going to start using another email because of this streak nonsense!

i am very upset that my old yahoo was changed to the new one. I HATE IT!! IT IS UGLY AND IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I HAVE HAD YAHOO FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I DONT LIKE THE NEW ONE AND I ALWAYS HAD TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS AND NOW THAT OPTION I CANT FIND. VERY UNHAPPY, THE NEW YAHOO IS UGLY
these days we cant control much, but i have had yahoo for years and prefer it over gmail. and i went into my email this morning to see that they changed it again! and i usually can go and switch to the old version and now that option isnt there. and for those of us who have had yahoo for years, we should have a choice. I dont like change unless it is what i want. and i dont want the new yahoo. I now will look for a new platform and i wont use the new one except to get my contacts and folders. technology always tries to change things to make them better, BUT IF IT ISNT BROKEN DONT TRY AND FIX OR CHANGE IT!!!! I am so mad and upset, eventully they are going to make it so you have to pay for it and I WONT.

YAHOO! WHAT THE HELL! ABSOLUTELY WORST VERSION OF EMAIL EVER! AT THE VERY LEAST GIVE US THE OPTION TO GO BACK TO CLASSIC VIEW OR BASIC MAIL OLD YAHOO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT! FIRE THE TEAM THAT DEVELOPED THIS VERSION OF EMAIL.

Horrible. Less is always more. Old layout was so simple.

If there was ever a justification for less than one star yahoo would be it. Garbage UI, multiple massive data breaches, unreal amount of spam advertising, sexism law suites ect ect.

I have contacted Yahoo concerning harassing emails several times and they do nothing to help me. I have been sending these emails to my spam and Yahoo does nothing. I get like 25 to 40 emails from the same person in less than 12 hours. Guess I will have to report it to FTC since I can’t get yahoo to help me.

"If it ain't broke don't fix it"!! There was nothing wrong with the old version of Yahoo Mail and everything with the new version. Please can we have the old version back?
