Stop forcing my browser into using Yahoo, I will never ever use it!I will keep deleting the dumb extension and I will give you you a bad review every time. I love Google and I hate Yahoo since the 90s!

It is beyond ridiculous that they make so many changes that are NOT necessary but sure make it worse!!! With the latest changes I can’t organize my emails by sender and I just spent an hour with their ai help which of course was USELESS!!! Now I am just pissed and considering using any other mail service but Yahoo…seems today companies just don’t understand that there is NO need to fix something that is NOT broken!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Wenn ich Mails sende, erscheinen die trotzdem

Wenn ich Mails nur weiterleiten möchte, kann man kaum die Möglichkeit finden Kommentare oder andere E-Msil Adressen hinzuzufügen.

Teilweise werden gesendete und empfangene Mails mit der gleichen Adresse einfach zusammengefasst und man findet diese nur mit Glück.

Auf dem Laptop wird soviel Werbung verfrachtet, dass man kaum noch seine eigenen Mails sehen kann.

Und das allerschlimmste:
ich habe mehrere Accounts und bei einem, den ich nur für Spezialfall selten nutze,

My email account remains suspended, that is, I am unable to send or receive messages, even though I have deleted all the messages with large attachments that I don't need any longer, which means that my account's storage quota is not just complying with your maximum 15GB storage quota but now amounts to only 8 or 9GB. Yahoo is acting like this to force me to buy extra storage but still its Customer Care team is trying to make me believe that the issue with my account has to do with the web browser I am using. I have a degree in Computing Science and I know for sure that Yahoo is making my account remain suspended regardless of the fact that its storage quota complies with Yahoo's 15GB maximum storage quota and I am very disappointed at Yahoo's practices and ethos and at being treated as if I was stupid.

Demande à chaque accès aux mails un code reçu à une autre adresse mail en plus du mot de passe et si l'adresse mail est une adresse yahoo aussi sur il faut que je donne aussi un code en plus du mot de passe. Pour s'en sortir il faut soit donner un numéro de téléphone à la place d'une adresse mail, ce que je ne veux pas car je peux perdre le téléphone ou en changer, soit mettre une adresse qui n'est pas sur yahoo, laquelle adresse m'envoie aussi un code sur le téléphone Comme c'est l'opérateur, ça me dérange moins de donner le numéro de téléphone pour le code de sécurité. Ca devient vraiment compliqué de pouvoir consulter les mails yahoo et de devoir commencer par allumer le téléphone. J'ai déjà perdu il y a 4 ans l'accès à une adresse yahoo, 5 ans de messages privés quand je pensais que la sécurité marchait encore avec les questions secrètes et qu'après avoir changé mon mot de passe sans avoir pu l'afficher, je n'ai jamais pu réutiliser ce nouveau mot de passe. Je vais faire un essai quelques temps avec outlook si cette messagerie ne me demande pas le code de sécurité à chaque fois.

Absolutely terrible. I've regretted many times using yahoo mail. Once again, i lost a long draft that it took me 2 hours to prepare, just because i attached an image. Gmail is ages ahead.

Hey people just letting y'all know I have dropped yahoo I have had for several years. I have two accounts with yahoo Mail the first account I started receiving spam and lots of it I tried to contact yahoo several phone numbers I told were good to call but they were not so I just changed my yahoo email address well it wasn't long enough when my second email account started receiving spam. So I have just had it with yahoo all together. Looked into maybe thinking I should give yahoo another chance well with opening up a yahoo account now you have ads in yahoo email which is very disturbing. People just switch to Gmail you want have that many problems.

Would not even give it 1 star

No access to accounts for more than a week.
Yahoo know there is a problem as I was told last Sunday by customer care after being on hold for 1.5 hours. Still not fixed

Managing director and CEO have not even had the professional courtesy to respond once to email sent via another more competent provider.
Treated wit the upmost contempt.

Would not recommend. If business account would take it away immediately. Given my recent experience would not even be possible to run a business account.

Attention j'ai une boite mail Yahoo et je n'arrive pas à la supprimer et quand vous essayé de joindre les service client, un message vous annonce que le service n'est pas disponible et ça pendant des heures.
Changer de boite mails et qui reste largement au dessus c'est Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, voila les trois meilleurs mais oublié Yahoo.

To add… thanks to you bunch of incompetent half wits…I have had to make a new email account..I’ve lost all my contacts! And the worst bit? there was no warning! no email to say what was going to happen and what to do..NOTHING… useless! as for trying to contact you… forget it..I’d have more luck flying to the moon! thanks…for nothing!

You should give a 0 star, they updated their app and it is not useful anymore, no way to attach file, it is a dead-end. Their developer did his best to screw them up.

Day by day YAHOO losts completely tracts and very serious abusive couldn't do anything like used to before. Yahoo Mail was the best and effective before and now forced pushed to clicked unnecessarily features updated messages then looked like not YAHOO Organised name's made critical Services. Also STORAGES full bussinness asked money fully loaded emails Boxes. So many Adverts never been read after opened to till yet. Altogether not really something I want to be rely. Also Mbl numbers WhatsApp Numbers pushed to send messages. Most of the times gets no Services couldn't opened the Yahoo Mail Account in anywhere. Please try to given Customers satisfactory Services. Thanks indeed.

mi spiace ma non si sono dimostrati ne corretti ne seri, giusto per non offendere, in quattro e quattr'otto riducono lo spazio di archiviazione di solo il 98% (da 1Tb a 15Gb) con la scusa della modifica unilaterale del contratto, sperando che qualche disperato paghi lo spazio aggiuntivo per non perdere i propri dati... Per quanto mi riguarda possono andare a zappare la terra, questo non é il loro lavoro, statene alla larga!!!! A sto punto meglio Google o Microsoft che da sempre offrono poco spazio... Più coerenti almeno
