I would not recommend Transglobal Express based on my experience. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, rude and dismissive when trying to resolve an issue, despite multiple attempts to get assistance.

Rather than working towards a reasonable resolution, the responses I received were repetitive, lacked empathy, and did not address my concerns, I felt like I was getting automatic responses from a robot rather than a real human.

Overall, I found the service to be unreliable and the level of customer support far below what I would expect from a shipping company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Transglobal Express.

I booked shipping via your website. I specified the size and weight and picked a box from the drop-down menu. A week later, I got an email saying that DPD couldn't put it on their conveyor belt and that I had to pay extra. That's unacceptable. Customers don't care that they don't have the equipment to process correctly booked services.

Avoid Transglobal if you do not want to be charged more later.

Absolutely untrustworthy avoid at all cost if you end up with a delivery coming through these say goodbye to goods absolute shit 💩

This is a fraud business and don't trust them at all they will eat your money and won't even refunded back. Scammers.

As always, Transglobal were helpful, friendly & efficient in delivering my chosen service. Booking the service online was straightforward & easy to navigate. A brief hitch was encountered at the recipient’s end; but Transglobal tackled this quickly & efficiently to my satisfaction.

Recently sent three parcels on the same day and all arrived on time.

Booked two collections by UPS through this company, but UPS failed to collect on two consecutive days, despite me chasing at the end of the first day and beginning of the second day and being promised by the customer service agent it would be picked up on the second day.
My customer who wanted the goods for the end of this week has now been let down.
I am at a loss as to what to do next other than go elsewhere, but this doesn't help my situation.

Bad collection from this company, I have asked them twice to deliver to my address and somehow they could not find this address 33-39 Drapery, NN1 2EZ twice in a row despite claiming to have updated the address to the correct one and the address being in the middle of the city. I will not be ordering any recollection or delivery from this company agian

Received an invoice after 4 months of delivery regarding customs charges. Did not inform me before delivery that importing end customer did not pay, yet they delivered. They did not inform me anytime during this time and out of the blue I received an invoice. If I was not working with them for quite some time I would ignore it as a scam. They refuse to share the details of the invoice from fedex or any communication fedex had with the customer to collect this customs charge or what the details of the charge is.
