I have had a Sure Petcare catflap for years and I was very happy with it. I had to replace it with the larger version and had a few queries. The customer service was absolutely excellent. My large cat is also extremely happy about his lager cat flap. Brilliant product and brilliant customer service.

A ver good experience. My contact, Semira, gave very clear instructions on how to proceed, and was very courteous.

My microchip cat flap became faulty after 11 months. I called customer services and reached a helpful human almost immediately who sent me some questions on email. After replying & sending photos they ordered a replacement same day to arrive next week. Obviously it’s not ideal having a faulty cat flap but I am really pleased with the customer service resulting in a quick replacement.

We've used Petcare cat flaps over many years. Our current model started working incorrectly recently. As it was still under warranty, the company replaced it quickly and without fuss. Also, the design has remained consistent over all those years ie the replacement cat flap is the same size as the previous ones so fitting it is very simple. All in all, really good service - many thanks.

Hace menos de un año compré dos comederos con lector de microchip y son una maravilla. Mis gatas comen piensos distintos y así ya no pueden robarse la comida. Se han adaptado muy bien y funcionan perfectamente. Hace unos días uno de los comederos empezó a hacer un ruido bastante feo al abrir y cerrarse la tapa y poco después dejó de funcionar. Me he puesto en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y Semira me ha contestado súper rápido, me dijo que enviara unas comprobaciones explicando cómo tenía que hacerlo y, al estar aún en garantía, me van a enviar un comedero nuevo ya que no se pueden reemplazar las piezas.
Estoy muy contenta porque no suele verse una atención tan rápida y que resuelvan el problema con tanta empatía y rapidez.

Ik heb gesproken met Nabeel van de support afdeling,die mij gigantisch goed geholpen heeft met het luisteren naar mijn probleem, meteen in aktie gekomen met een e-mail, echt binnen 5 minuten.
Fantastisch, dit is echt iemand die zijn vak goed uitoefent.
Hopelijk wordt mijn probleem opgelost, na een hele heftige operatie.

Ik had de Sureflap microchip kattenluik besteld voor onze kleine prinsessenpoes, zodat ze overdag lekker naar buiten kan, geen andere katten meer in huis en s'avonds madam naar binnen en luikje op slot.
Dametje is alleen zeer slim en probeerde van alles om luikje open te krijgen, waardoor ik steeds s'avonds een zware doos ervoor moest zetten omdat ik bang was dat ze kon ontsnappen plus een duur luikje zou slopen.
Uiteindelijk met de klantenservice gebeld en probleem uitgelegd.
Die hebben mij kosteloos en snel een ander frontje opgestuurd met een thumbproof kapje.
Perfecte oplossing!
Ben heel blij met de meer dan goede service van dit bedrijf en het luikje zelf is echt de beste.

We wanted an accessory for fitting our cat flap which we had not appreciated until we were well into the job. We were unable to utilise the next day option on the website (for reasons unknown), so rang to see if we could pay by 'phone for it to arrive the next day. They had no facilities for taking such a payment but, without saying so, simply put the part in the 'phone on a fast delivery service at no cost. Most impressive!

Bought a microchip Petdoor, wouldn't work properly.
Contacted customer services, explained the possible problems.
An extremely polite and experienced professional talkedabout possible solutions and stated that he would send a replacement part / motor with fitting instructions.
Parts arrived next day by postal delivery.
Part fitted and working.

Great service and a superb product. Long lasting, this purchase was my third the previous two lasted a total of eighteen years. Most important is the ease of operation by my cat who is safe from unwelcome intruders.

Seit 16 Jahren haben wir die kleiner Version dieser Klappe im Haus verbaut und sie funktioniert immer noch.

Der Austausch erfolgt nur, da unser Kater mit 16 Jahren an Arthrose leidet und schlecht durch die kleine Klappe kam.

Also alte Klappe ausgebaut, den größeren Ausschnitt mit der Oberfräse angepasst und die neue eingebaut-

Läuft alles wie gewohnt, die Katzen haben sich schnell an die neue Klappe gewöhnt und der alte Kater kommt viel besser durch die Klappe

The customer service from Sure Petcare has been outstanding after we bought a SureFlap Connect to record the comings and goings of our 2 cats.

We initially had an issue with our very clever Maine Coon cat learning how to paw the flap open, even when it was locked to 'in only'. I asked for advice from Sure Petcare, and they immediately sent an adjusted catflap door to prevent this.
Probably due to the above amendment, the flap then wasn't recording the cats leaving the house (just when they came in). Again, I asked for some advice, and after trying a couple of resets, the customer service department just sent me a whole new cat flap - which works perfectly.

I couldn't be happier with the product, and the customer service has been a joy to experience.
