Unreliable is the best word for this company.

I purchased a Movin M3 Hybrid Electric Bike on 17th August. After only a few days of use it came to my attention that the tyre on the front wheel had been fitted the wrong way round according to the rotational indicator on the rubber.
I contacted Reliant's customer services via their email address on 25th August, and as of 8th September I have had no response nor acknowledgement from them whatsoever.
Frustratingly I have received 2 separate emails asking for me to leave reviews.
2 weeks, and counting, with no reply to a genuine customer problem is utterly shocking.
I recommend everyone spend their hard earned money elsewhere.

Just taken tv out of the box turned it on and the screen is cracked this is the 3rd delivery and 3 damaged items not happy time sending it back and time waiting for a replacement nightmare.

Good quality product at a great price delivered on a timely basis

If your delivery doesn’t go to plan (damaged in transit) you have no chance of getting through by phone, left ringing out for up to 50 minutes still no answer rang every day since delivered and they do not respond within there 48 hour response time still waiting since notifying them Friday. So currently without a tv and without funds to go and purchase a new one to say unhappy is an understatement. Certainly wouldn’t buy from them directly or via Tesco Marketplace again like we did. We have also logged the return through Tesco Marketplace still no response from company so looks like we will now have to raise a complaint with Tesco Marketplace due to seller not responding. Customer service non existent.

Update 08/09/2026
Finally got email response tonight to say they are arranging pickup of damaged TV. Will update once it has been picked up and a refund issued and how the process went.

Funny they “pride” themselves with their customer service when their customer service is pretty much obsolete! They sent me a broken TV, I raised the issue on the same day as the delivery to attempt to get my issue resolved quickly, I messaged on eBay, I’ve tried online chat on the website, I’ve tried emailing, I’ve even tried calling. All met with no response, only got a response on eBay 3 days after messaging!

Was told to prove it’s broken by sending photos & videos - which I did. They agreed to arrange a collection and gave me dates which I responded immediately with a date & after that I got no response again! No driver came to collect the TV, I was waiting all day. Now I’m still waiting for a response from anybody. Terrible experience from this company. Horrible customer service

Ordered on line, great price, rung up to make sure they did next day delivery. they guaranteed it. paid up, next day a hour before delivery had a phone call to confirm. Arrived on time. Fridge was as discibed.

Reliant did not take down the delivery address properly which ended up costing me over £60 to get the washing machine. You can correct your address into the property where I had to unpack and fitting myself even though I paid for a service that did not happen and I have been unable to get hold of reliance on the phone.

The delivery guys were friendly and professional!! Also very helpful and efficient!

Hi, the whole ordering system was great,easy & good value to boot.
I wanted to support a British Company & happy with the experience.
Also the delivery arrangements were swift , the guys were very pleasant & were happy to take the packaging off of the items & take the rubbish away.
Unfortunately on checking the freezer & opening the door I saw 2 rather large dents.
One of the delivery drivers took a photo as they were running late,so hopefully they will have photographic evidence. I will forward pics in my email.
