Outstanding service from Abel and Azad at CHD!

Azad and Abel did an absolutely awesome job with the delivery. They were professional, friendly, helpful and clearly took pride in doing things proper. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and the level of customer service was excellent.

Most importantly, my wife was very happy with every aspect of the service and we all know the saying… happy wife, happy life! 😂

A huge thank you to Abel and Azad for making the whole delivery experience so easy and stress-free. They are a real credit to CHD, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have just bought two Rustic Oak wardrobes and a 7-drawer chest of drawers from Cotswold's Stow on the Wold showroom.
The whole experience has been superb.
Paul, who served us at the showroom, was very patient and gave us splendid advice, and Siu-Pai and Ian who delivered and assembled the furniture this morning were really friendly and highly efficient, and coped with the lack of parking space admirably!
We are delighted with the result and the pieces look even better than we expected.

Dean and Emmanuel delivered our bedroom furniture from the Cotswold Company. Dean was very polite, introducing himself and asking for details of where we wanted the furniture to be taken in our house. All of the items were made from oak and some were particularly heavy requiring careful handling, as they had to be carried upstairs to the bedroom on the first floor. All the furniture was unpacked carefully from its cardboard packaging which was taken away. The bedroom to which the furniture was delivered was left clean and tidy and both Dean and Emmanuel ensured we were completely satisfied before they left. Overall an excellent experience.

Two beautiful beds & mattresses, delivered & assembled promptly by polite, considerate chaps. The fabric of one headboard was marked &, having refused their offer of a part-refund, I was then provided with a replacement bed.
