I made at least 40 telephone calls between Nobl in Las Vegas and the UPS warehouse working with Nobl
in San Diego. Just when it seemed I would never learn the truth, a manager at the warehouse (who
actually answered the phone) indicated to whom I have to speak because that person handles domestic
packages. I got that person’s name from that manager and called that number many times. No one
answered, over and over no response. Then I had no choice. To find out the truth, get my package and
return it to Nobl in Las Vegas for my money back, I had to make this trip. They refused to give me
correct return instructions, they refused to answer phone calls and worst of all they refused to help in
any way to get the merchandise back in order to refund my money. I highly doubt the people that
operate Nobl Las Vegas are even in that office. No one ever answers the phone.
So I made a flight arrangement, flew to California, rented a car drove to the UPS/Nobl warehouse in San
Diego and there I learned this warehouse is one block from the Mexican border. I was told I could
request a police escort if I was afraid of a dangerous area, which I was planning to do. However, I
managed with GPS to stumble into the parking lot of the warehouse and decided to just go in and get
my package back.
That is where I learned the truth. Here is the truth. I will hold back the names of the people I spoke with
because I am saving that information for my lawsuit against Nobl. This is what happens. Nobl Las Vegas
sells the suitcases, they send an order with a customer’s addressed label to Mexico, Mexico sends the
product ordered to the UPS/Nobl warehouse in San Diego where that group sends the package to the
customer. Nobl in Las Vegas denied any connection to that warehouse and yet, there are people doing
this action for Nobl from that San Diego warehouse. It is a very suspicious situation and certainly worth
investigation. Also, the key to this matter is that I was told by a representative in that warehouse, not IF
but WHEN a customer finds anything wrong with the merchandise sold by Nobl in Las Vegas, it is
received back by that warehouse and they immediately put a label on it and return it to Nobl in Las
Vegas. That witnessed statement, now proves Nobl has done this to other customers in the past!
I showed my proof of their receipt of my package in the warehouse in San Diego and I was told, it was
re-labeled and sent back immediately to Nobl in Las Vegas two months prior to my being forced to travel
across the country to get my package from that very UPS/NOBL warehouse! That means Nobl had my
package back in their possession, they never told me which is probably why they refused to give me
return instruction all through my emails with them and then demanded I go get the package back from
Nobl, San Diego, warehouse and prove I have it before they would issue and RMA.
This is a way for a company to steal money from a customer and never inform the customer they had
the package back the whole time. I will be calling witnesses that know the truth about them when we
go to court. I was forced to expend a great deal of money, over $4,278.73. being forced to travel to San
Diego, CA from New York State, by Nobl’s rules, trying to get Nobl, Las Vegas to properly refund me and
to this date, they have not notified me they have my package all these months and no refund has been
sent to me. I am turning this over to the Consumer Fraud Divisions in every state involved and a lawsuit
is being prepared. The cost forced upon me by Nobl Travel includes My original cost of suitcases,
$473.04, the cost of shipping them back to their shared warehouse in San Diego, CA after they refused
to give me return information, $268.25, the cost of forced airfare to get me there, $2,938.40, the cost of
a rental car to drive to the warehouse to “get my package” $534.91 that only I was allowed to claim and
the cost of gas driving there and back to the departing airport in CA, 64.13 for a grand total of $ 4,278.73
expended by me because of Nobl’s failure to treat me, a customer with respect and care but rather
forcing me to fulfill their demand protocol to get my package back myself all the way across the country
as no one else was allowed. I incurred these outrageous costs because Nobl would not refund my
returned suitcase money until I performed their demanded actions on my part. Yet they had my
suitcases already returned to them from that warehouse that ships returns to them!

MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED NOBL TRAVEL , LAS VEGAS, NV.
