I have no idea why companies and people use this service even though it's absolute garbage. It will ask you to sign in multiple times. It doesn't let me use a professional account at home, and it keeps coming up with errors that it doesn't provide a solution to, and I can't fix. None of its competition is nearly as bad as Outlook is.

Die neuen Programmeinstellungen sind mühsam und nich anwenderfreundlich vor allem das ständige sich wieder neu anmelden zu müssen ist schlecht gemacht. Wenn man mit mehreren e Mail Adressen arbeitet wird’s anstrengend und nervt hier hat sich Outlook verschlechtert und zwar massiv war mal ne gute Software

Absolutely the worst email software possible. Only use if you enjoy getting very angry

I would use <1 if available! No way to increase file size so have to constantly delete emails, have to re-sign in often, and terrible MS "support."

Ständig wird einer meiner Accounts ausgeloggt. Das Programm plokiert dann die Nutzung der anderen Accounts.
Das Passwort muss jedes Mal neu generiert werden, da ich es sehr ungern irgendwo nieder schreibe.
Der Aufwand ist nerfig. Wenn möglich verwendet ein anderes Program. Es ist einfach nur traurig, dass in der heutigen Zeit alles und jeder problemlos auspioniert werden kann, aber ein einfachs, namenhaftes Emailprogram nicht anständig funktioniert.

I believe that the first item in my inbox is a scam. I'm being told many times that I have not renewed my McAfee subscription. Having never used McAfee this seems somewhat unlikely. I know that this is a company which is often scammed. I now worry as to how safe Outlook mail is. The adverts which are always top of the inbox are obviously not checked.

Wie kann man etwas ''verbessern'' und dann so einen Schrott dahin klatschen. Das schlimme ist ja noch, dass einem dieser Mist aufgedrängt wird. Muss meine Mails jetzt im Browser direkt auf der Mailseite schreiben. Die bekommens wenigstens hin einen Refreshbutton zu programmieren. Einfach nur lächerlich sowas.

Uso l'email di Outlook da anni. Ma così tanto tempo che ai tempi si chiamava HOTMAIL! Al tempo, era un buon indirizzo di posta elettronica. Se avevi da reimpostare la password, dovevi solamente entrare nel profilo e nelle impostazioni ed inserire per due volte quale sarebbe stata la nuova.
Da quei tempi là, si è gradualmente passati a chiedere numero di cellulare, un'altra e-mail, doppio passaggio per accedere al suddetto indirizzo virtuale.
Non contenti, hanno inserito che ogni 6 mesi ti si blocca automaticamente l'entrata per obbligarti a reimpostare una password nuova.
Ultima novità, se ti tocca cambiare cellulare, oltre a tutto questo, ti chiede di mettere il PIN dello schermo!
Tra qualche anno, mi aspetto che mi chiederanno la scaglia di un drago o qualcosa di simile.
Davvero, non fornirebbero un servizio pessimo se non fosse per tutte queste richieste di sicurezza!
Ma se si devono avere contatti di lavoro/salute/applicazioni del ministero...
Credo sia meglio passare ad un alteo gestore!!

Rotete,ustrukturert oppsett. Faner med forskjellige innkommende mail. Man får mail som man ikke ser fordi de ligger på annen fane. Mailene pakker seg sammen i en streng. Oppleves som elendig drit.:)

Simply broken. Want to access Word via online Outlook, doesn't open. Press sign-in and an entire different e-mail address (work-related) is suggested which I then can't change. So I can't sign in. Useless.

For some reason they changed emails to outlook, Now I can't check my email on my laptop. Total bs. Again a unwanted update and change in format makes it unable to get your email. This is absolutely unacceptable. But no one cares.And why does a email provider need to get into my email to edit, delete or whatever, or why do they want to know my exact age. This is not right at all.

Der Beweis das Sachen zu verbessern nicht immer klappt. Vor Outlook war alles gut ganz normal Mail geöffnet…
Dann kam Outlook seit dem schreibe ich Mails über den Browser direkt in Gmail oder am Handy so schlecht ist Outlook. Es ist der 7.8 und meine aktuellste Mail in Outlook ist vom 6.5.
Das beste ist allerdings, dass man um diese Erkenntnis zu erlangen, erstmal nh halbe Stunde damit beschäftigt ist sich einzuloggen. Das Sicherheitssystem ist nämlich sogar so gut, dass es mich (den Besitzer der email) nicht mal reinlässt und ich mir ein Tutorial angucken muss, wie ich denn den Fehlercode behebe das Problem gibt es bereits seit ich Outlook habe geile App habt ihr da entwickelt 👍

Outlook, eine Vollkatastrophe mit willkürlichen Absätzen, Zeilenumbrüchen und nicht kalkulierbaren Formatierungen. Sorry für meine Wortwahl: Outlook ist der letzte Schund!!!!

Tijdens een vakantie in het buitenland werd mijn hotmail account geblokkeerd door Microsoft.
Telefoon nummer als herstel werkte niet meer (ze geven zelf aan dat de eindnummers wel kloppen maar de rest zou opeens niet meer kloppen?)
Alle hulp vragen beantwoord, tot en met de laatst verzonde emails met titels aan toe en nog steeds zeggen ze dat het niet genoeg info is.
Inmiddels al meerdere belangrijke mails gemist (o.a. notaris) en van armoe maar een ander account aangemaakt via outlook.com
Ondersteuning is een lachertje, steeds de zelfde standaard antwoorden zonder inhoudelijk op mijn vragen in te gaan.
Blokkade van het mail adres is niet mogelijk, dus mensen sturen nog steeds mails zonder reactie te krijgen.
Ben van ellende maar begonnen met veel mails te sturen naar dit adres in de hoop dat het op een gegeven moment vol zit en daarmee blokkeert.

I changed my phone and could not remember my password. I tried all the help tools on Microsofts site but had no responses only one saying they were looking at my case. I called the UK helpline and that just directed me back to the online help tool which wasn't working. There is no opportunity to speak to someone. I sent replies to the email sent to my recovery email but again no response. I cannot access my online banking as I need email verification. I am still locked out of outlook and have now received a message saying I have tried too many recovery attempts and will not be able to try again for 24 hours. Diabolical customer service.

De mogelijkheden in outlook.live.nl om ongewenste berichten (spam berichten) automatisch te laten verwijderen van mijn devices zijn slecht, ofwel waardeloos geregeld.
Dagelijks ben ik bezig om de spammap met 40 tot 50 spam-berichten leeg te maken en te verwijderen.

I do not like how if I’m looking at my Outlook app on my phone at the top of the screen it shows “Other Emails” and will show the subject of the email. However, I have no access to open it or see it. I can click on the “Other”  tab next to the “Focus” tab but still I cannot see that email. I have to log onto a desktop computer in order to see that particular email. It’s a problem because it’s an important email that I need to see and should be able to see on my phone. It has now happened multiple times.

Another issue is it auto saves every single email address I use. I will start to type in a saved contact’s email address but it will auto populate all of these other email addresses that I do not want saved. It used to be that I could log onto a desktop computer and manually delete those email addresses as they would auto populate to prevent those unwanted email addresses from future auto populating. I could just click on the X next to their email address as it would auto populate and the email address would disappear forever but now, I am no longer able to do that. I have gone in and tried to clear the history through the settings but still these unwanted email addresses will still auto populate. It has become a headache because I have accidentally in a rush, thinking my saved contact is popping up, clicked it and hit sent only to realize it went to an auto populated unsaved contact. I have reached out and asked why the option to forever delete any email address I have use and do not want to auto populate was removed but there has been no response.

Also, another issue is if I log into a desktop and correctly enter my known password, it will deny me access. In order to login, it prompts for me to either to send a code to my phone or a code to a different email address in order to access my email account. When you are in a hurry, this is very aggravating. Especially when you’re waiting for the code to come to either your phone or the other email address you have now had to log into but the code never comes. You then have to ask them to resend it but only after a certain amount of time has past. When this happens three times in a row, it becomes even more aggravating. I’m to a point that I’m considering using a completely different platform for emails. They just keep updating their app and instead of making it better it’s just gotten worse. So, if you’re reading these reviews and you are in the market for a new email account I would advise you to proceed with caution if you choose Outlook.
