I placed my order and checked out within seconds, my order was then cancelled days later with the explanation that sometimes they don’t have enough stock to fulfil the order. This is not good enough, the website should be set to show an item is out of stock before a customer can place an order. I am extremely disappointed, and would not use this company again.

Package of a china teapot bird feeder… SMASHED!!!
Package of a china teapot bird feeder arrived completely smashed to pieces with no protective packaging i.e bubble wrap.
Very disappointed as this was for a friend's special birthday.
Have asked for refund as would not trust this company

Ordered some Christmas presents for my…
Ordered some Christmas presents for my daughters. An email several days later saying they had taken too many orders so had cancelled mine even though I know people who received their order who ordered after the time I did. Disappointing as I could have ordered from somewhere else over the weekend but I didn’t as I thought I had these coming and now they have all gone. Other companies manage to manage their stock correctly so it’s a shame this company couldn’t.

Edited to add refund now issued conveniently after I posted this. Still would avoid.
Took too many orders for a product and order subsequently cancelled. Items now doubled in price on website. I also paid by PayPal and no sign of any refund being initiated 24 hours after cancellation. Would avoid in future.

Disappointing experience
I purchased items from here, the order was confirmed and then cancelled days later claiming there was no stock. However the same items were then available for double the cost and then sold out again. Really disappointing experience. I’m just hoping I get my refund soon as now I’m looking through reviews I can see people have posted about months passing and still no refund.

Cancellation of order
Was trying to buy a Needoh advent calendar. Order went through and 3 days later it got cancelled. My boys are now extremely upset. We know how hard these are so stock levels should have been entered so that people were unable to process orders once stock ran out. Also interesting how prices have now gone up on the website!

I had place an order for some needohs for my children, they were really excited, only for the order to be cancelled. I was told there wasn’t enough stock to fulfil all the orders. The day it was due to be dispatched, they had advertised the items online at double the price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered items. Money taken and then an email to say no longer in stock. Still haven’t received my refund but better than that the original items I ordered are now listed as available again but with a much higher price on them!
Despite the reply below this doesn’t explain why the items were advertised again today at a higher price rather than the original orders being fulfilled with the new stock.
