Really helpful and to be honest he took over my screen and did all the work. He also explained what he was doing which made the experience more personal.

My request for removal of a PC from network

My request for removal of a PC from our network was acknowledged by email. The request has been passed to another department, but I have received no further information since then.
Subsequent to my review (above) I received a call from Babble which explained the reason for the delay. The customer support provided a very clear review of the issues and an acceptable pathway for addressing the problem. Hopefully this will now be resolved.

Unreliable service

I was re-issued with a laptop after being issued with a "new" laptop a few days previously - as the one I had been given did not have a working camera even though I has explained that I was in a training role and often used zoom. When I returned for my new camera/laptop Julius did not apologise for issuing me with a laptop without a camera- he said that the camera would have been checked prior to issuing but the problem was issues with Dell as the camera crashes out randomly and this is a common staff experience- . He was about to issue me with a new Dell and I told hm that this would not be a appropriate in my online training role to have a laptop with a randomly crashing camera and requested an alternative brand. I now have a large and clunky thinkpad but if that the only one with a working camera so be it!. I am concerned if staff are being issued with non working cameras as a lot of training expects camaras to be on - tbh I don't feel confident that the camera was properly checked prior to issuing???
