Incredible Service

Ledersneakers: mangelhafte Verarbeitung (diverse Falten und Kerben auf Schuhkragen und Quartier (Seitenleder des Schuhs)) - mangelhaft verklebt
Vorder- und Hinterkappe der Sneakers in falscher Farbe geliefert (statt hellbraun, passend zur Hose, grau)
Verpackung der Kleidung in einem PLASTIKBEUTEL!!! geliefert. Dadurch die Kleidung zerknittert!
FAZIT: vollmundige Versprechungen wurden nicht annähernd eingehalten. Nie wieder, nicht zu empfehlen!!!

What I liked/disliked
What I liked - the suit was cut to the specs. That was great. Updates were SPARSE and time was not on my side. Once I said I might cancel the shipment made it to the carrier in like a day. The suit got to me two days before I left - 25 days after ordering. Just enough time to get it pressed before boarding the plane.
The suit itself is very nice and worth the cost. The anxiety is another thing altogether.

SAV impeccable et costume réussi
Après un premier costume décevant (pas du tout à la bonne taille pour des raisons inconnues aujourd'hui), le SAV a été au top pour un remake complet reçu aujourd'hui. Il me va impeccable (attention, prévoir un passage en pressing pour le repassage). Je suis finalement satisfait du résultat après un début difficile.
Une mention toute particulière à Alice pour avoir accompagné avec tact et professionnalisme ma réclamation.
Tout finit bien mais le début de mon histoire avec Hockerty ne permet pas un 5 étoiles.

Deux belles perles dans ma garde-robe
J'ai commandé deux costumes sur Hockerty ces dernières années : mon costume de mariage (3 pièces, tweed) en 2022 et un costume supplémentaire (3 pièces, croisé en lin) en 2026. J'ai systématiquement été bluffé par le rapport qualité-prix : chaque fois, pour moins de 400 €, j'ai un costume 3 pièces qui tombe correctement, à mes mensurations et (pour celui de 2022 en tout cas), le tissu dure dans le temps. Mention spéciale à la garantie qui rembourse les éventuels frais de tailleur si, malgré les mensurations renseignées, le costume n'était pas conforme à nos attentes.

I have based my score on the fact that generally I receive a courteous and reasonably prompt reply. Although it is annoying that a different person replies most of the time.
Not sure that all the issues are read and understood and if you have multiple purchases on one order number, you can only place a complaint on one, even if both articles of clothing don't fit.
If my issues are corrected to my satisfaction, then the rating I gave would increase.
