AVOID THIS AI-DRIVEN SCAM

This is an AI driven outfit with zero customer service.

When you contact they say a human will get back to you. Ha...

After emailing several times with simple questions all i got was same unhelpful answer - all i wanted was clarification of total cost and to pay!

THIS OUTFIT FALLS UNDER THE HEADING OF SCAMMERS - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Poor customer service

I emailed instantly after ordering my photo book as I realised the front cover was the wrong picture. Whilst designing it said cover where I selected the photo then once it was ordered and looked back I realised there was a photo on the front and back which I've never had before. All my other photo books are blank on the back. The cover also isn't even central and has a white stripe along the bottom. I never got a reply to my email which is shocking customer service

Appalling customer service
I created a photo book using a Groupon voucher, the postage should be £7.99 but there was no option to change it and it charged me £11.99. Also I removed 2 texts boxes but was getting an error message stating they could be on the page. I tried to contact them and Groupon on numerous occasions but no reply to emails and number provided isn’t valid. I eventually received a generic email saying they would be in touch but still nothing. The next email states the photo book has been dispatched, the final straw to the wrong address that I didn’t choose but was on an old Amazon account !! The best of all is that Groupon on their online chat inform me the book hasn’t been created yet. Going round and round in circles.
Still can’t get hold of anyone who actually talks sense and sorts it.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend, made an order on 12th of June for fathers day. Its not 16th July and still not received the item nor had any contact on if ill receive the item or a refund. Stay well clear…

I was really pleased with the finished…

I was really pleased with the finished product which arrived much more quickly than I expected. It’s a really good quality book.
I’ve only not put 5* because I found it fiddly to make the book on my iPad (might be easier on a PC or laptop) as I was writing a story book with photos for my grandson. I got there in the end and the result was great- he and his mum and dad loved it.

Well what can I say, first time I’ve used printer pix but won’t be the last , excellent everything , service, products,website, communication. All adds up to a really pleasurable experience.
Only downside is they use Evri and they are useless and never deliver to me ( collected it from a few doors down the road) as usual !!!

Appalling customer service

I have had lots of positive dealings with printerpux but this last order is proving a disaster. I have a voucher that does not work and have contacted printerpix only for them to try and close my ticket, request my voucher code 9 times and then send an ai message telling me someone will be in touch. This has been going on for 5 weeks now. I will never recommend this company now and feel very let down by them as my last 8 orders have been perfect. If they do read the reviews can a real person at printerpux please come back to me?

Poor packaging and even poorer, non existent customer service

I've ordered from this company every year for three years, and not had an issue but my calendar arrived bent due to poor packaging. I selected the order in question and clicked the link for 'help with this order' and it took me to an online form, which by the way asks for your order number (again) even though you've already declared which order you need help with. I tried to fill in the online form, proving a description and the pre-requisite 5 photographs as evidence, (yes five), and I get all the way to the end and then get an error message when trying to submit it. There is a well hidden link on their contact us page that suggests you can obtain a phone number, (ironic photo of a helpful human call centre agent right at the top of the page), but when you click this, it takes you to a 'page does not exist' page. So I go onto chat, which is an A.I powered bot. It tells me to fill in the online form. I tell it I can't. It then 'creates a ticket' and says it's been passed to 'the team'. I'm still waiting for a response. So basically poor packaging and even poorer, non existent customer service. Not accetable.

Customer service non existent

Customer service non existent - can only speak with a chat bot. They take your money then when you check out they ask you to pay again - tried many times to communicate with them and only automated responses that they will come back to me but never do - terrible service

Just received my first (and only)…

Just received my first (and only) mounted photo from this company. Photo not centered within mount, top cut off photo, much of image folded over mount frame, ridiculous waste of £12.00 has gone in bin.... Look elsewhere.

So Joey's response was that I reply to the last email that Printerpix had sent me.

If he had read my comments he would have known I had done that - no reply & back into the Printerpix doom loop.

If Joey had done what was pragmatically suggested - speak with Albert Knight (who seemed to be the only human that knows this case) Printerpix could finally resolve matters.

After all, Joey is committed to resolving this matter, is determined to make this right and resolve this issue swiftly......

Bots and bots of problems with Printerpix

They never rushed our delivery through, even though we paid extra for the option. Took 8 days to receive goods rather than the 1-2 days it stated in Rush Option in shopping cart. Resulted in a failed anniversary present for elderly parents. Zero customer service. It's just a flashy website that's supported by bots. After speaking with the bots for a few days, I got a one sentence email (possibly from another bot) asking for my address.. Nothing since. I can't stand companies like this, there's too many of them these days.
