I received an acknowledgement of the issue I had encountered within a half an hour and the issue was resolved in less than 4 hours

Everything from selecting the product, to payment, to download and the step-by-step installation instructions were great. I had experienced a self-inflicted glitch that the Brytesoft Support Team was quickly able to provide me corrective steps to resolve my issue. Very Happy. Overall a great experience. I will be certain to let others know. Thank you.

This company is selling people bad keys for Microsoft project 2024 pro and ripping people off. We need to alert the authorities.

Fast, cheap, safe.

I'm a repeat customer, having purchased software for both a PC and Macbook.
But when I had a recent problem, and seemed to have been sold a software subscription that was already active with another email/account, I got stalls and runaround from the couple different "support" reps to replied to my inquiry emails. Had to repeatedly demand a refund, and debate with them the merit of my claim. They finally gave me a "partial", and when I pointed out the self-interested money grab this represented, and the disregard for me as a prior customer- along with the threat of a chargeback fee from my credit card issuer if I disputed the charge- they finally coughed up the last $8.58 so I could move on with my life and purchase from somewhere else that wasn't going to just treat me and my time like a cash register to be shaken for every nickel they could get out of me...

Great place to purchase Microsoft software. Good support when there are occasional challenges installing the software. I have been buying from them for several years, all good experiences.

Never a problem

It was rough going at first but Phillip "grabbed the bull by the horns" and worked with me until we had a solution to get MS Office activated on my device! Very appreciative of his commitment to see this issue resolved to my satisfaction.

I've tried holding off in giving Bytesoft a negative review by giving them the opportunity to provide a working license key after 2 failed attempts. Its a Project 2024 LTSC key, and it's taken then 2 weeks and over 15 interactions for them to admit they've provided invalid keys. It's now 3 days since any correspondence. I'm exhausted chasing them down. Request no, 38013 if anyone wants to fix this. :(

Code didn't work. Brytesoft responded after a couple of days. It took a few days. Received new key and much help. Philip was great.

The initial software key for MS Office they issued me was rejected by Microsoft, but they replaced it with a valid key quickly and I was up and running again. Thanks for the prompt service!

I am still trying to download the software, but haven't been able to get it right. Your service is great and I will recommend this to my friends.

Horrible experience with getting help or answers from robot customer service. No real person to speak to is available. We ended up cancelling our order and going directly to Microsoft for the product. These spam, off market products are NOT worth the hassle!!

I had a problem with an activation and it was sorted with a few emails in less than an hour. I purchased about 6 months ago and was expecting all sorts of excuses. The team responded within minutes and the product (Microsoft Office) was working 57 minutes later.

A genuine shout out to Brytesoft. Buying licences on line is always risky, but I have had several good experiences over several years and thought it was time to share.

The locating & buying was super. The down loading & Activation was to hands on, to many steps, simple for IT staff. This is an example of why many people like Apple.

Quick, effortless, issue was perfectly resolved.
